CJ leveraged the tools available to tailor our home search to our needs. He listened well to what we discussed as we looked at each prospective property and helped us to better understand what was currently available to us at the time. Just when I thought that nothing would come up, CJ suggested making some adjustments to our search parameters and sent me two prospective homes. I was immediately drawn to the property he found in the exact location we were looking to buy. CJ’s team sent out helpful reminders to keep the purchasing process on track.

This type of business relationship requires a high level of trust and excellent communication skills and I really think that CJ sets incredibly high standards when it comes to both of those things.

I used CJ Realty to find my new home and sell my old home. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone. There are many reasons some are; the agents keep you updated on every step in the selling and buying process and make it easy for you They are quick to respond to any questions you have. When listing my house the description and pictures of my home were spot on. The comparisons for coming up with listing price were accurate. For finding me a home they were able to send me upcoming listings timely, always were available for showings, and worked with my financing person to ensure things went smoothly for me and everything was in place so I could make offers timely. Overall they excel at great communication.

CJ and his collogue Mallory were awesome to work with throughout my home buying process! They were extremely patient with me as I saw a lot of places up front to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I first met CJ when my buddy needed a better place than my gravel driveway to park his motorcycle. CJ was renovating an investment property next to my house and had no problem allowing us to park the bike there overnight. A few months later when I was ready to buy my first house, I remembered the nice gesture and put him on my list of potential candidates.

I sat down with CJ on a Tuesday evening, a house came on the market the next day Wednesday, and I had an accepted offer the following day Thursday. There were 4 other offers on this house within 24 hrs, but CJ offered excellent advice and negotiation tactics to get our offer accepted. I got the exact home that I was looking for AND paid below appraised value. A real steal in todays low inventory, high demand market. I would recommend CJ to anybody and will certainly be using him again!

Update: When I was ready to upgrade from my starter home. Of course I called CJ to get the ball rolling and everything turned out as smooth as can be. Net on sell was astonishing for a 5 year investment and I got a down n dirty low deal on the buy side. We got over appraised value on the sell and paid below appraised value on the buy. CJ is highly recommended!

CJ and his team did a fantastic job helping me sell my house. They helped me determine a fair listing price which led to multiple offers and ultimately an over asking sale price. I can sometimes be a little difficult as I like to know exactly what is going on all the time but they were very patient with me. They were always available to answer all of my questions no matter how inconsequential they were. They did a great job communicating the process and kept things on track for a smooth transaction. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking to buy or sell!

We could not be happier! Buying our first home with Team CJ was nothing short of incredible. Tina and Alex were so kind and accommodating, and made sure we were able to see all the homes that piqued our interest within 24hrs of us inquiring about them. Alex helped me make a seamless purchase with guidance on forms and explanations of the process. He responds quickly and also is really personable and caring.
The main team member I worked with was Jennifer. She has been great to work with. She was quickly responsive to my calls and texts. We always got to see a property in a very timely manner. Her realty knowledge shined when I saw her write different types of offers for a few properties and explain why. I bought a condominium and even before we looked at a property she had reviewed the HOA documents and could point out information to me. She had a routine way she looked at a property inside and out. She is methodical, efficient and finds out answers. She is friendly, listens, and displays confidence. In the end she seems genuinely happy for me to start my life in my new home. She reassured me I can still call her with any questions.

CJ was awesome from start to finish! He helped me find the perfect home I was looking for and made sure that I didn’t overpay for it. We had the pleasure of working with CJ Lewandowski as our realtor and wanted to give him a big thanks! We couldn't be happier with our experience as first time homeowners.

Initially, we weren't sure if we were going to build or buy an existing home so when we reached out to CJ both options were on the table. He drove with us to dozens of lots and setup showings for existing homes and new model homes. CJ is well connected within the community and was able to guide us towards neighborhoods that were a good fit for us.

CJ was able to help us find a great lot so we decided to move forward with purchasing it and building a new home. While we had an active offer on the lot, CJ did a great job communicating with both the seller and the builder. He ensured that all parties were in the loop and that no items were missed. During this process we resided in Madison while the lot was in Milwaukee. CJ was of great help in visiting with the seller and even delivered documents which saved us numerous trips to Milwaukee. He also calmed concerns when items with the builder took longer than expected requiring us to request an extension to our active offer.
