I only had experience with one agent, so it may not represent the office as a whole. But the agent is extremely unprofessional, rude and pushy. I am one of the sellers, where the agent from this office is the buyer agent. The agent called me directly asking for paperwork instead of my agent. Very heavy accent and very hard to understand, but that's okay. I'm trying to be patient. When I told her I was not involved in the deal, the person in contact is in a meeting and I don't understand what she's looking for and asked her to talk to seller agent directly, the person started yelling on the phone. And the person calls a MILLION times when you don't answer it and DEMAND things on her schedule. Upon reviewing the document, if I DID sign it in a rush without checking it, I'd lose lots money down the line. The buyer told me also the person informed them the mayfield school district is one of the best school district (as good as Solon, and better than Hudson), which is a total lie btw. She said that in order to make deal happen. Mayfield is not as good of a district as Solon or Hudson, there's no reason to lie like that. So all and all, even though my experience with the office is only limited to one person and one conversation, I already don't trust them and would not recommend to anyone. Yes they may get work done quickly, but getting things done through dishonesty and harassing is not the right way to go.
