I drove to your Mayfield Heights location after visiting University Heights at 8:00am and they had not a single item nor any displays out.

This was worth the drive and I'm happy to have purchased my items!

I use the drive up service at this location all the time and I love it! I can only remember having a problem on e and it was fixed quickly. My order is always ready, complete and accurate.

The wife loves Target ... me, not so much. This one is never too crowded and well stocked.

I really like shopping at Target. They are much better than Walmart for cleanliness and layout.

Target provides a pleasant shopping experience. highly recommend.

Awesome experience at Target Optical Mayfield Hts Ohio. My family and I have gone here for eye care for years. The staff are always helpful. Very personable and can recall personal information that you may have previously shared with them and show a sincere interest. I was comparing out of pocket expenses to renew my contact prescription and although another online company was much cheaper my CSR worked all discounts available to match the other one. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Target has been my goto for decades accommodating lifetstyle, product offerings, aesthetic, and range of customer services. There are no complaints here!

I always like shopping at Target. This Target was overall my usual experience except when it came time to check out. There was no waiting at the service counter and three employees were standing there so I approached to see if I could check out there as the sign said it was also for 10 items or less checkout. I was sent over to self checkout which was not obvious (I do not live around here and the Target at home is laid out much differently). I got what I went there for and still had a nice time browsing as usual, the checkout experience was the only issue.

My go to store for self care items and the self check outs are huge compared to other stores.

Went to Target today; in search of a toy, my son requested. It was a old school toy called a yoyo. I had trouble finding it on my own, so I asked Serena for help. She stopped what she was doing, just to help me find something. Thanks for your genuine customer service spirit!

The cashier was great. She was very comfortable to be around and did nothing crazy. She was very polite and dressed casually and professionally. She did not give the middle finger to me and her body language was perfect. I was shopping for myself and no one else. It was completely platonic.

The staff at this location is exceptional. They are very helpful and very polite. I asked one of the youngs kids working the electronics desk where to find something and he immediately knew to check the back for more. After he checked me out and I said thank you he responded with my pleasure. Not 1 single department store that I have ever been in has any employee responded like that! It was like shopping at chick fil a!

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. I was accompanied by the most beautiful woman, my daughter. We had a nice time. The lady in the food area was willing to make my daughter a pizza even after she had already cleaned the area. You can't get service like that anymore.

I love target, love the products, prices, and amazing customer service...the one thing that can be improved is when you buy something and pay for part of the bill with a gift card or merchandise return card and the rest with your credit card, if you happen to return something from that bill, it always goes back on a gift card / merchandise return card first instead of going back on your credit card first. It would be really nice if it always went back on your credit card first.

Roman at Guest Services was truly wonderful and so helpful to me in my quest to find a sought out item. Even though it was out of stock and the trip was for naught, he was full of helpful tips and I would frequent this store again.
