I came to the store with my dad to get help in upgrading our plan and getting a new phone. McKenna was the person that helped us out and she was amazing! She walked us through everything and was super informative. She helped in transferring our phone data to the new phones as well. 100% recommend getting your questions answered here.

Went in to buy new phone and checking for any deals available for long time customers. No deals unless we wanted to add lines. I feel that is so bad that they only offer deals to new customers. However the young man we worked with was excellent and very knowledgeable about the products. Ready to buy and they were all out if the phones we wanted😥I was willing to order one and they were out there too. The young man kept apologizing but not his fault. Of all the Tmobile stores I've been to this is my favorite. Always friendly and so helpful.

This place is awesome. I brought my own phone I bought from Amazon, walked in with no account and left in less than 20 minutes with a working phone. VICTOR Is amazing. He is super friendly, efficient, and never pushes extra services or add-ons but let's you know they are there. Left with exactly what I needed/wanted at a great price. Amazing cell service as well I have 5g nearly everywhere. Even in the middle of a lake. Victor is awesome at his job no doubt.

This place was awesome. The staff were amazing. The compassion they have for helping clients out is outstanding. They were kind and polite and respectful to all the customers. The young teens were so knowledgeable about the technology. Veronica helped me out with what I needed and showed me how to do some things I asked about on the internet. In fact she was kind enough to give me a call and explain she forgot to double check something and directed me to who to call and what to do. I am so grateful for what she has done for me. She is amazing. The other young teen was also amazing at helping out a customer. Whatever career they pursue after High School, I wish them the very best and much success. Also, I want to thank Mason from Customer Service, he was also amazing in helping me out as well. Great Job every one.

Khris and Victor helped us immensely with our new phones and switchover to T-Mobile. They are knowledgeable, know their products, love their careers, they are friendly and outgoing, and worked really hard to explain everything. I recommend this T-Mobile store over all the others in the area for sure.

We recently purchased a new phone at this location. It has been The Best experience we had in any T-Mobile store. Both Garrett & Daniel are truly knowledgeable, attentive, extremely helpful, and polite and their service was outstanding. They helped us to choose phone and accessories, explained many options and details. Garrett connected to the corporate office and helped us to adjust our current plan to greater one with new excellent futures and better price! Smoothly transferred info from our old phone to a new one.
We strongly recommend this location!

Another Amazing experience with this T-Mobile store!
We had some problem with texting on my husband’s phone. We spent yesterday 2 hours with T- Mobile customer service and another hour with Apple support, did not get ANY results.
Today we went to T-Mobile store (now our favorite!) and were greeted by store manager Cam Campbell.
It took him less than few minutes to fix that problem! STUNNING!!!
If you have any questions or issues with your phone or service, just go there!

This store is the one that I prefer in Waukesha. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Yesterday, I not only stopped in to pay my bill, but to get help with receiving emails on my phone. Customer service was fantastic, as always!! John took care of the payment first and then helped me with the email issue. While he was working on that, Garrett came onto the floor from the back, walked over to where John and I were, and both collaborated to get my phone up and running. Thank you, John and Garrett!

My family and I have had numerous positive interactions with Luis and Jocelyn at this T-Mobile location dating back to July, 2019 helping my wife and I switch carriers to T-Mobile, and then helping my parents switch in November. Very pleasant and helpful!
