I went to a few different places picking up paints and tubing and other things for a school project (I have to make a miniature set) and I need a plastic flex tube sorta what a shop vac tube looks like but really small and Dennis was awesome about it I know it’s not called flex tube but he looked at the pictures I showed him and listened to what we were trying to describe and he took us to a few different options which helped us explain what we needed better and he found us the tube in the perfect size as well I didn’t think it would be made that small as I’m making a set out of a shoe box and the tube will be used for a small detail but it was perfect and he was really kind and listened even when I kinda rambled about my school project and kept him from what he was originally doing. I super appreciate it Thank you Dennis if you’re reading this my project is looking way cooler now!

Thankful for Pat from Ace Hardware for digging me out as I had a leaking pipe. Call a plumber $150 or have Pat make me a $10 fix for my water filter. He has now made my wife happy as we have NO leak. Thanks so much!

Already knew we wanted a Traeger smoker and had model details after checking out some other stores with less than enthusiastic help. Stopped in at the Ace Hardware in Waukesh and noticed they were having a Grill Tent sale. Stepped up to the gentleman that was working the tent (Ended up being the owner or manager) and was pleasantly surprised at the great deal we received.

The Smoker was the same sale price as the other Ace stores we had been to, and included a free bag of wood pellets just like them, but it also came with a goodie bag filled with grill tongs temp probe for meat, and a $400 bonus gift card for True Value stores. They were also offering free assembly and delivery, but we had brought a truck hoping to bring it home right away.

He was kind enough to let us take his assembled "floor Model" and even though I could tell he would have liked to keep it for display he was willing to have some guys load it up so we could take it home and start using it right away that day. We were all settled and on our way with a ready to use smoker in 10 minutes.

Outstanding service, Great deal with the extra goodies and gift card.

Great local Ace hardware store! Super helpful employees who are always friendly, welcoming and willing to assist. Whether it is finding that hard to find item, or just answering questions about a "how to" problem, they are there to help. We have never had a bad experience at this TNT Ace store in 20+ years.

Update -i was in here a few weeks ago and let's just say it was a complete turn around. I don't worry to much about greetings however it was very pleasant also a gentleman right away asked me if he could help me find something I showed him what I was looking for and very professionally he helped n check out was also nice n quick.

So the first time I went in here let's just say it was not what I expected after reading the reviews. First no greeting (not a big deal just wanted to mention it) then help had to be called twice and I was pretty specific on what I needed. I said an Allen wrench. I said I have the black pegs or whatever I just needed something to put them in so I can turn them (my hands and arms keep going numb so gripping stuff is not easy) well at first the guy seem helpful then he goes in the back and brings out two little pipes and says these should help. No they're useless. Now I can't take apart my kitchen table and complete the rearranging of my kitchen unless I catch a bus to another store. I knew as soon as I saw what he gave me it was not what I was looking for however I bit my tongue and left. Maybe cause I'm a woman don't know if that's y he gave them instead of what I needed not sure

Awesome location. Always very helpful when I go in. Shout out to Trevor who helped me find everything I needed quickly to do some work on my car.

Always clean and the folks who answ r your questions are always very helpful.

About 10 year s ago, I bought a glass grill from here. The young man who helped me noticed that out car was too small. He asked where we lived (at the time it was 8 blocks away), and he helped me load it into his own pickup truck and let me take it home. That was the single greatest customer service experience I'd had to that point and I struggle to think of another. I will always return here.

By far my favorite ACE Hardware. Great selection; I can always find what I'm looking for. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Rylee and Tim were extremely helpful tonight with a project I was working on!! Tim was super kind and respectful and was even willing to come out to my pickup and crawl underneath to figure out what kind of part I needed.....super patient and friendly, both of em! Makes you think they like what they do :)

This store is my go-to in SW Waukesha for anything that would be found in a hardware store. Today, it was adulting and buying a Craftsman Shop Vac. They have helped me with plumbing issues, carry potting soil when I couldn't find it, paint for home projects... My list could go on. Always a great staff, fantastic selection and and independently owned store that staffs well and stays in our community. Top Notch, Hat's Off! :) <3

Great place to go if you need some solid advise or need to find an exact size screw or nail. Someone is always there to greet you and help you. Prices are higher than Menard's or Home Depot, but you will get first class service. Always a positive experience.

The best ACE hardware I have been to! The Waukesha ACE has basically everything a contractor or diy homeowner would ever need. Customer service here is absolutely fantastic. A knowledgeable employee is always available to help. Several young people (high school aged) work here who are always very friendly and helpful, it’s obvious the entire staff is very well trained and managed.

I have never been to a more friendly or helpful store in my life. These gents are very helpful and you can tell they've done many of these tasks before. Also the store is very clean and has a great mix of new technology as well as the tried and true tools you need. I highly recommend.

Been going to TNT Ace for 20 years. Mark has a nice operation going there and some talented people working for him. I was really impressed with Pat recently who gave me some very good advice and valuable knowledge about putting in new grass and the products to utilize. Nice to know there are people their that care and are willing to share their knowledge.

I would give them 10 stars if it were possible, for the service we received. We were in the process of staining our cabin and they walked us through all the different products and the best way to approach the project. When we informed them that our cabin was 2 1/2 hours away, they said that they would understand if we wanted to purchase our product from someone closer to the project site. (Note, this was over $1000 of products - who does that these days?) We ended up purchasing our product from TOMCHEK Ace Hardware and we are SO glad we did. Everything worked out perfectly with the project and they refunded our money on the unused stain, no questions asked. Truly top shelf service and they will have all our business going forward.

James was extraordinarily helpful! He was very knowledgeable and willing to help us find the right part to fix our bifold closet door. We really appreciated his help and great service. We will definitely be coming back to this Ace for our hardware needs.
