I can't understand all the negative reviews about this Walgreens. I have been going to this Walgreens for more than 20 years, and it has always been a pleasant experience, particularly the pharmacy. I couldn't begin to count how many vaccine injections I've received there, with at least the same professionalism as a doctor's office. I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness during every interaction. This has always been and will always be my go-to drug store.

Sweet staff in the pharmacy, and sweet staff in the store! The techs in the pharmacy are excellent and you can tell they work very hard and diligently even while being understaffed. A great example of good customer service.

Love the pharmacy especially. 23 hours!!! Store is very clean and organized. Friendly staff, as well. Plan to switch from Madison Street walgreens very soon.

My insurance was being difficult for some reason. Paul , Nick , and the pharmacy staff were very accommodating and professional. I was upset and abrasive (because of insurance)and they dealt with me professionally and politely. I tried to leave a good score for the survey available on my receipt but after getting disconnected 2x I gave up. So I’m giving a good review here instead. Thank you! Paul,and the pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Sunset are consummate professionals and deserve recognition.

I was dreading another frustrating Walgreens pharmacy experience, but was pleasantly surprised with quick, excellent, and friendly service. Also, it is pretty much the only 24hr pharmacies in the area, making it very convenient.

Sarah in the Photo Department is absolutely the greatest! She assisted me with my Engagement photos. I ordered the photos online and ordered the wrong photo paper!! I was so sick to my stomach!! They are my engagement photos after all. The next day I went into Walgreens and they refunded me no hassle. Sarah took her time to explain what I needed and how to do it. Went home hoped online. Once my photos were complete, she called me (40 mins later) got in the car and picked them up. They were perfect!!

Outstanding customer service from the photo department. Both Shannon and Angie went above and beyond to assist us with scanning photos. They instructed us on how to use the machines, checked in on us to see if we needed anything and delivered our photos super fast. What a great experience!

Lisa in the beauty department is so patient and nice to my mom who is a couponer and shops a lot, i’m very appreciative of her kindness with with my mom as she does not speak english very well, from what i’ve heard she’s the only associate who makes my mom comfortable to check out there. Beyond grateful!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this specific walgreens and its not even my reg drug store. The pharmacists have always always been so helpful and kind. And the customer service is outstanding!

They are happy to answer questions whether it be in person or over the phone.it’s great that they explain the effects of a medication in a way that you get full understanding.

I have been getting my scrips filled here for at least 10-12years at odd hours (2-3-4am) the staff (Matt+Mary) have always been top notch people who go the xtra mile to provide great service.
