AT&T Store

All of the sales representatives were friendly and very helpful. I worked with a very new employee, just two days on the job, and he was very knowledgable and able to expedite my purchase. Great team!

Upon receiving her new phone, my girlfriend initially had service issues due to an incomplete checkout. Tyrique went above and beyond assisting with getting things sorted, including staying past close to help over a phone call. He was extremely professional, and took responsibility for his team.

Alan was extremely professional, calm and collected despite being the only employee on site during a busy day.

Ty was amazing... He was so much help getting my apple watch hooked up. After I was ready to throw it in the garbage 🗑 lol

Between the time we changed to a family plan and the time we received our phones in the mail, my youngest son passed away. Austin, who helped us initially, when I went in to return the phone and make changes to our plan, was absolutely wonderful. He not only went to great lengths to make sure we had the best plan for our needs, he also showed sympathy and kindness for our loss. Simply having to return my deceased son's phone was painful beyond belief, but Austin knew exactly how to handle this situation. I highly recommend using this location. Ask for Austin. You won't regret it.

Everyone at the store was nice. Ty, the manager, helped me get a new phone and everything that goes with it. He even took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend this store to people. :)

I just want to compliment Patrick at this location for going out of his way to give the best customer service I have experience in a retail store. Patrick is a great asset to AT&T and he should be recognized as such. I will recommend all my family and friends to go see him. Keep up the great work!

My family and I recently transferred to AT&T and we made several trips to this store in order to get screen protectors, trade-ins and swap phones. All the employee were knowledgable, friendly and tremendously helpful especially Austin.

Patrick is amazing and extremely helpful. Mya was in training but also very nice and as helpful as she could be. This is now my go-to store for all things ATT related!

Patrick and Cody were professional and courteous. They helped me with all of my needs and was able to help me with Internet and TV service for my home as well. This is the only location I will go too!

Best customer service I've ever recieved from a store, esp a phone store. They tried for hours to save my phone/transfer my photos so I didn't lose my photos. Sadly, they were unable to but I 1000% know they tried all they could!

The store personal,Pat, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help! He made that location such a pleasure.
