Besides. Guys. These stores is what made this town. It took a community for this village to be where it is and this store built that community.

AL (owner) and the others are just people at the end of the day, not bots. I usually pay cash here. Now I will agree, it’s not beautiful inside, but some of the clutter is unique.. i actually prefer to sift thru different generations of equipment when I shop. When it comes to other services…that’s how a company betters itself: people using them. The service you get mostly depends on your needs. I wouldn’t go here looking for white glove treatment where you’re manicured your favorite way, but as a hardware store with other useful services..I’ll always stop in.

Al and Zelk are wonderful people. From the UHaul rentals to the smallest nut or bolt you may need- these guys provide tremendous community spirit and are always giving back to their loyal patrons. The big box stores may have more to offer - but when you need advice or someone who shows patience and courtesy - this is the place to do business with.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I need an ancient set of gm square and round keys cut that I already bought. They told me they can’t guarantee they’ll work and can’t replace them but cut them anyways because I didn’t care. As my keys were being cut they helped out another customer who need a lawnmower belt and said they’d have it to him within the hour. The staff is very outgoing and honest.

Super helpful and nice! Felt just like going into a good ole family hardware store. I went in for spline to fix my screen and got helpful hints on installing. Seems to know everything about anything hardware. This will be my new go-to store before stopping at a big store.

I really like this store. They have everything I need. It may not be the most organized or cleanest store there ever was, but it doesnt bother me. If I need something I go here first. They have things the box stores will never ever have. If your looking for a store that looks new and generic, this isnt the place for you. But if you need something very specific, chances are they have it

Very interesting hardware store, they have a little bit of everything. They have a large selection of books about the Cleveland area.

Huge inventory, great staff. You can find just about anything you need including a Uhaul truck.
