My experience at this dealership was outstanding, handsdown the best car dealership I've encountered thus far. The entire team was incredibly nice and cooperative, exceeding my expectations. I want to give a special shout-out to Dominic, who stood out for his honesty and patience. He diligently answered all my questions and ensured I was completely satisfied before finalizing the deal. Additionally, Rick Demore, the finance specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful. His insights were invaluable in making informed decisions throughout the process.

Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying journey. Definitely coming back for my next one.

Billy Ashmore was super helpful getting me lined up with my new "Magnetic Gray" 4Runner. The guy was no-nonsense, organized, honest, smart, and super helpful. He even delivered it to my house! I cannot recommend Classic Toyota enough! I was directed to their dealership after looking at a Jeep from Classic CDJR and being interested in a Tacoma as well.

Upon arrival, I was introduced to John Holschuh, who was immediately kind and courteous. He showed me a 2023 TRD Off Road they had on the lot to give me an idea of the vehicle. I ended up absolutely loving the truck but wanted some time to go over it and take my time on things. John did not rush me into anything and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to think things over and make a handful of phone calls. This is a complete 180 from my experience with other dealership families on the west side of Cleveland.

I left out of the dealership as a very happy customer, and I have not stopped telling my friends about what a great experience I had. It is a 45+ minute drive for me, however they’ve built a return customer, and that drive will always be worth it to me. I’ve only fallen more in love with the truck since Saturday.

I want to also shout out AJ Kelly, Jennifer Skrtic, and Jason Novak for their assistance and patience throughout my entire experience within the Classic dealership family.

I just bought a used Subaru from Classic Toyota. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From my salesman, Alex, to the finance manager, Rick, to the general manager...top notch. I drove an hour to get there, and the service I received was absolutely worth the drive. Thanks, guys!

Update: I had some mechanical issues with the vehicle, and the GM, Dave Alicea, honored my limited warranty with no hassles, even though I took it to a Subaru dealership to have it fixed. This dealership is a breath of fresh air compared to others I've dealt with in the past.

My recent experience at Classic was great! Everyone was very nice. Buying a car is a long process and they made me comfortable and made sure I always had water or whatever I needed! The dealership itself was clean and I loved the music that was playing. Made it a fun experience:)

Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but it was actually a very positive experience for us at Mentor Classic Toyota. The person we met with, Alex, was great! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and personable. When I decide to buy another car, this is the dealership I will come back to.

With a vehicle, the true test is the reliability, safety, and value of transportation provided over time. The buying experience at Classic Toyota was a positive one. I visited the site several times while I contemplated which vehicle would best meet our family's needs. At each visit, the sales team and administrators were courteous and professional. The price for my final purchase was competitive in the current market. The dealership offered a variety of extended warranties, which smaller companies might not be able to do when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Their website was easy to search, and reported pre-owned inventory accurately. I plan to utilize their service department for routine maintenance, hoping to find it equally effective. Check back for updates on my experiences and satisfaction, since I expect to drive the vehicle purchased for years, without serious problems.

I am super grateful to Mrs. Jennifer Skrtic and Brandon Vaughan for the first class experience I had going through the entire process of procuring my new vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be referring all friends and family to them. Classic Toyota Service on our ‘06 Prius, once again exceptional. ‘01 Land Cruiser just serviced, too. A few months ago, we acquired our new ‘23 Crown (that’s simply amazing!). All such wonderful & reliable vehicles all in great shape & dependable due to well-built Toyota vehicles and relying on continuing Toyota maintenance. Sure we wish costs weren’t as high as they are, but we are believers in you get what you pay for. Well done, Toyota & Classic Cars, Mentor, OH!
