Marc's

I have shopped at many Marc's stores. This Willoughby store is by far one of the best. The store is clean and the aisles are clear. Even the shelves are straightened and the items are brought up to the front of the shelf. I commented to an employee what a difference her time straightening the shelves made. Some of the shelves were even bowed out to make more room and draw attention to the product. This store was stocked to the max. There were no empty shelves or displays. The manager here should be commended. The produce was fresh and eye catching. The meat section was fully stocked and well packaged. It was a pleasure browsing and shopping here. There were also enough check outs open to accommodate the number of shoppers. I personally appreciate a store that is run so effectively.

A nice new store in Willoughby. Some good sales and a pleasure to shop at. I enjoy the closeout section also. Food ,health and beauty products & alcohol.

Gr8 new location. Always a gr8 place to shop and find bargains. I have shipped at many different Mac's locations. Of all the different Marc store's, this store was the absolute cleanest Marc's I have ever shopped at. The aisles were all neat, well stocked, and clean. The carts all worked were not bent nor had broken wheels. Of course the store had plenty bargain and closeout items.

Lastly, all the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help.

I retract my previous statement the manager is there morning to night. Very hard working have a great day

That is one of the nicest Marc's I've shopped at! It is very roomy, neat and clean. When I pulled into the parking lot one of the employees was making sure there wasn't any trash on the ground. The cashier was super personable. Marc's keep up the good work. I'll definitely return.

This Marc’s is HUGE, in a good way. I love their closeout section. It has things I’ve never seen at a Marc’s before.. actual furniture. So I thought that was pretty cool. Everyone seemed friendly and the cashier was extremely helpful. I hope this Marc’s stays clean and organized. Too many of the other stores have that dirty, run down vibe to them.

Actually it had a similar setup as other Marcs stores, except it was newer. You came in one door and after checkout you went out a different door -- this should stop most thievery. My wife and I liked it. Wasn't too crowded when we were there. Recommend.

My favorite Marc's is all I can say😊
New really Big and Spacious!

Store is clean. Good selection of items. The lay out doesn't seem to organized. Didn't see any employees out on the floor. My cashier was a young girl. She didn't talk to me, but she talked with the other employees while doing my transaction.

Very clean store. Well stocked. On 2 occasions employees ask if they could help me find things. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Best Marc's I have been in for a long while!!

It's a nice Marc's. It's clean and new. I am happy that it moved into my neighborhood. The only thing that I don't like about it is the placement of the entrance, Exit and the employees cart return door. It never fails... I always start walking towards the wrong door 🤣🤣🤣🚪

Mr. Glassmen you have your hand on the pulse. I purchased a washer machine from your South Euclid store the management team are the way I know management to be, they were pleasant,professional, and quickly resolved helping me. I don't live in South Euclid but from this point on I will shop at this store. Also the staff are very helpful and pleasant. That washer machine is Awesome keep bringing the consumer things we can afford and need.

The plants department had a cashier outside and someone to help you to your vehicle with your purchase. Excellent experience would recommend.

What a nice new store. Plenty of lightning and nice wide aisles. There was more thing there than the normal Marc's I normally go to. Shelves were stocked. Nice employees working the registers. Will go out of our way to visit this store.

Reasonably priced store. I love their close outs. You never know what you're going to find! But whatever it is, it will be less expensive than in another store.

The store was clean, organized, and unlike other Marc's stores, seemed to have the sale items available.
