Motel 6 Willoughby, OH - Cleveland

THIS LOCATION IS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY !!
My Review is based on My Room I was given 334 ! It was clean , it actually had a floral sent when I entered. The room was solely to sleep shower and change clothes . I was pleased and I am a very picky person.
BUT MOTEL IN GOOD LOCATION FOR EATING SHOPPING..

After a long day of work and travel, what a relief it was to find a nice clean comfortable hotel. The front desk host Mike made it easy to check in and answered all my questions about things to do/see in the area even. Highly recommend hotel and super affordable!

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet and suites my needs for the evening during my business trip. Encountered a gentlemen by the name of Mike I believe it was at the front desk who was very helpful and giving me a quick rundown of some area restaurants to check out. Great service. I’ll be back

Let's be honest, if you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't the place for you. This is a budget friendly establishment, i.e. no frills. Keep your expectations low, because you get what you pay for. That said, the concierge, Mike, was a pleasant and helpful fellow.

My stay here was fantastic! From what I could tell, the hotel had recently undergone some renovations, and it showed. The check-in staff were amiable and accommodating, making the whole process a breeze.

Once I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! Plenty of parking and a convenient location. I will stay at this hotel if I'm ever in the area again.

Staff was delightful and friend they had great rates with the cleanest rooms I have seen in a long time.

I stay here all the time for work, so far it's pretty quiet for a night shift nurse. Rooms are clean and the service desk is fast and has my room ready.

While staying here, I would say that my room is AMAZING!!! During these hot summer months, the air conditioner worked beautifully. Oh, and I can’t forget about the staff. They are PHENOMENAL!!! Very attentive to your room needs & will accommodate you if necessary. The maintenance guys are on point for anything that needs fixing. Very clean surroundings. Very safe. Very quiet. Also, you have variety of choices of restaurants to go to. They also give veterans a discount for serving. Highly recommend.

Mike and sonny, and all the staff at motel 6 are super helpful and kind. They are there for whatever is needed. Highly recommend.

Love the cabin look, very clean and shiney, wonderful essentials.

Pool isn't open which was a bummer but everything else was great.The guy at the front desk was really nice,the rooms were clean,there's no upfront deposit,and it's good for a budget!No complaints here,Getting ready to check out in a few hours.

The room was very clean and large. We had a pet/smoking free room that had a very comfortable bed. We will always use this Motel 6 in Willoughby whenever we visit Ohio.

Large clean rooms. Smells pleasant. Beds are comfy and sheets appear clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave. TV is pretty small for the room though. It's like a 32" if that.

Rooms are very clean. It was pet friendly so my furbabies as well as myself joined our week-long stay. I felt safe and was able to wind down and relax. I personally would rate this hotel 10 stars!

Online states there is a pool, but it doesn't, not an open 1 anyway. The room we were put in smelled like urine, I mentioned it to the front desk and they gave me clean sheets and blankets which did help but didn't take away the smell permanently, just so the next person knows it's room 102. My husband didn't want to change rooms because we needed a ground floor room and were offered only 2nd and 3rd floor options. Right next door was a couple of dogs that barked essentially the whole day and night, not sure who takes care of them but we didn't see anyone. Next time I will make sure it's a better room than this 1.
