This is the real deal. The here in Ashtabula is now a Big Lots Home. Totally ruined it. Willoughby is the real deal.

2022 ... We love their books selection and the low price. Our Granddaughter is an avid reader and buys so many books from this store. The store sells misc. Floor coverings for installation. Also, an assortment of food, cleaning supplies, and holiday food and decorations. The products changes according to deals the store finds. This is right off rt.2 and rt.615 in Mentor. Easy access. Plus it is located in a many retail plaza with lots of parking.

I totally had the best experience there these last two weeks! Last week Bill helped me with my mattress purchase! And Today the team members, Ashley, the cashier and manager were over the top amazing, awesome, and so helpful. The best customer service I have had anywhere! I have never been so genuinely treated by anyone anywhere Else! I will continue to shop here, and want you to know I totally appreciated your help today! You are all appreciated! 😊👍

Been going here throughout the years the product selection has improved tremendously and is the best big Lots I've ever been too. The cleanliness and organization has definately stepped up since a year ago. The cashiers have changed some for the better but you've also managed to keep many over the years. Prices depending on what items you need or want are either too high or are very good no in between.

Friendly staff. Helped us with some items that had manufacturing defects. Allowed us to exchange them on the spot after we had literally just paid. Would recommend

They have an awesome leasing program I would recommend you try it out! They were excellent helping me decide and choose what I wanted and liked. Big lots offers great deals for your average household need. My husband and I were checking out there Christmas display. Since we have had the same color scheme for 6 years, our grandson told us we needed to do something different instead of blue, cream and purple... kids, gotta love the honesty...

Store looked great. The store manager always makes sure his staff is friendly and helpful.

This store moved some aisles around because they added a kids section right up front. 🙂 Changed their register and made one longer check out line like most places have nowadays. Always nice employees.

I've never purchased clothes from here before, well today was the exception. Reebok attire and Stanley t-shirts at a decent price point. 👍

Always enjoy chatting with 30 year employee named Cheryl. She is a cashier at Big Lots in Willoughby and is known as "Big Lots Cheryl" because people recognize her by her Big smile and laughter.
