I bought here twice, both base model civics, 12 years apart. Even with a low cost car, I was treated well more than a decade apart. More than fair financing, excellent customer service. Kevin in sales treated me excellent, and I feel we both did well with the price. Could not recommend this dealer enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Honda of Mentor. The process was very smooth. I think I was in and out of there in about 2 hours, with the test drive and the credit process. Max was my salesman, and he was great! No nonsense, and didn’t try to yank my chain. Nick did the credit part-sign these and here’s your car. Now, I have a new car that I absolutely love! I highly recommend dealing with Max in Sales and Steve in finance at Honda of Mentor. I made an inquiry online and within minutes I had a call back. Max listened to what I was looking for, and could not have been more accommodating to my needs. I am driving the most amazing 2024 Passport Trailsport, and could not be happier. The paperwork felt like it took minutes in the process was amazingly smooth. This entire dealership is so friendly, it is immaculate, and is definitely where I will be purchasing my cars from now on. After being a very loyal Jeep owner for 15 years I decided to go into something new. After much research I decided on a Honda CRV Hybrid. It is very highly rated across the board and that really appeals to me.
I reached out to about 5 or 6 dealerships all around Ohio and Josh at Honda of Mentor was the only one that not only had the vehicle we were looking for but he also got us in the same day to test drive. And we left with a beautiful new 2024 CRV.
Josh made the entire process very easy. He answered all of our questions. I have never had a Honda or a hybrid so I had lots of questions.
We have a Honda dealer in our city but we drove over 100 miles to Mentor. That tells you they are doing everything right!!! I am a tough consumer and I would recommend Josh at Honda of Mentor.

I had a great experience working with Tom here at Honda of Mentor. Although the car took forever to come in, I understand that this was not in their power but the result of supply shortages. The team was great and made getting the car an easy process. Tom kept me up to date on my car delivery and was easy to work with. I traded in my old HRV for the new one and I am pretty happy.

I called ahead of time and told them what I wanted, offered MSRP for a vehicle, but wanted a decent trade-in value on my current car. They offered twice as much for my trade in compared to Cleveland Heights Honda and equaled what Carmax offered for my vehicle. I signed and got a new vehicle in one trip. Everyone was polite and courteous and helpful. Even helped me shift my belongings from my old car into my new one. Five stars.Great to deal with.
