We signed up for puppy training with Steven. Our puppy Charles did great over the 6 week class. Steven was great with him and gave us lots of good tips. Very happy with our little graduate!

Everyone here is always so helpful here no matter when I call or come in.They take the time to listen and when you see they are busy their self this means a lot! They never make you feel rushed which is very rare these days! I would recommend mentor PetSmart to all people...they sure have helped me with my precious one when I needed their input.They even share a piece of their own personal input on what they do for their precious ones..great place! The grooming appointment was the best so far! Jewelz at Mentor Ohio Location knows her stuff and is the hardest to get booked! We waited nearly three weeks in advance and no disappointment here! Thanks for the experience to book with you Jewelz we will definitely be back with you soon! Thanks!!

I went into Mentor Petsmart today intending to buy an inflatable collar for my dog. She’s got a mild infection after getting her spay sutures out, hates the cone and is not allowed to just wear the onesie she’s been using. Vet suggested this new contraption. I couldn’t find it on my own so I asked the cashier for help. They walked me back, and after I asked if they had personal experience with an inflatable collar, I was guided towards a soft collar with a detailed explanation of why. They even helped me choose the correct size. I left feeling more more peaceful than I had since finding out my puppy had an infection. I’m so grateful.

This is a large store that carries everything you could want for "any" pet. The store is neat, clean and very well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful!🙂✅

Rachel was so helpful and so kind! She helped us figure out an online order issue as well as helped us figure out what we needed to start and aquarium! I have a new Toy Fox Terrier and he has a black nail on each front paw. I will never trim his nails myself! I brought Teddy P in for a PAWdicure and it was awesome! I will always bring him back for trims.

Got a new puppy - got crate, food, toy, bowls, etc. all here - and service, price was 1000 stars! Jackson (our new cocker spaniel) says you rock!

The staff was attentive and friendly. Was knowledgeable with what I wanted and needed for our new fish tank. Let us know what fish were aggressive and which ones cannot live together.

They have super nice staff and plenty of options for every animal. We always get our dog groomed here and they always do an amazing job. 10/10 definitely would recommend this place.

I love this PetSmart! the grooming staff is very sweet to all the animals in there, the cashier always greets everyone walking in, and everyone asks if I need any assistance. I used to go to the one in Willoughby but this place has excellent staff and stock!! thank you to everyone person who works here! my pup and i always leave with a smile!!

The team there goes absolutely above & beyond! They have been so kind, knowledgeable, & helpful every time I'm in. I recently adopted new animals, so I have become a regular there. I am very grateful for everything they have done. Thank you so much all of you there! Shout out to Adrianna who was amazing & took the time to get me completely ready for my new furry babies, and I could tell that she really cares for the animals!

Great! We got 2 crested geckos and they helped immensely to make sure we had everything we needed. And one passed away so when we brought him back, they were really understanding and gave us our money back.

PetSmart was holding an event for local shelters to adopt out animals. Got my cat there. 😻

I bring my dogs here to be groomed. They always do a great job and are really sweet and patient with my pets.

Nice clean store, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's not the closest place to my home to get dog food but the way the location us run keeps me going back. Very helpful staff.

I purchased some meal worms and noticed that quite a few were no good. I called and spoke with Miranda the Assistant Manager and she had everything fixed and even listened when I told her about everything. Very good customer service! Thank you again, Miranda!
