I'm clueless when it comes to hair and taking care of it. Since I'm now working in the area, I eventually hope to live there, too. I'm glad I found Rachel's business. I explained to here I have some formal events coming up this year and want to see what style best suits me around my face shape and thinning crown. My first haircut with Rachel turned out really well, and the product she used and recommended was great and not overkill. Certainly, I will be back for my next haircut.

Amazing barbers! Always fit us in and make us feel welcome! My son has serious anxiety about getting his haircut due to some bad haircuts in the past, now he refuses to go anywhere else but Rachels!!! She always listens to him and never does anything he doesn't ask for!

Absolutely my favorite place to go get a haircut. I will never go to another barbershop. I went in there today and had no idea to do with my mess of hair and Rachel instantly came up with a solution and cut it how she thought it should be and I couldn't be more happy!!

If you're looking for a real barber shop you're at the right place. Staff is always great, very receptive if you are picky, or if you ask them to do what they think works (which I do because they know better than I do) the cuts are always fantastic. Found them about two years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since.

I moved here a few years ago and this is the best place for walk in haircuts I have found. These ladies do a quality job and provide a nice family friendly experience. Open Saturdays too, which is great for fitting it in any week.

We were so pleased with the hair cut & beard trim! We have two little boys who sat for the entire time. They have coloring books & cartoons for the kids. It was a great experience with a great result!

I cannot for the life of me describe the haircut I want well. They managed to take my babble and cut my hair to my liking. Has two chairs but the wait goes fast enough.

Rachel knows how to cut hair🤙🏽 all the other places with 5 stars are fake bc I’ve tried them and walked out with some of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever had from people who have been cutting hair for 20+ years! Only legit place in Willoughby is Rachel’s.
