Walsh is now my “go to” jewelry store. I turned my old, unwanted jewelry into cash, purchased lab created diamond earrings, had ring repair work done, and appraisals. Their personalized customer service is exceptional.

Cindy and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our ring buying experience.

The jewelry is beautiful and priced very fairly. Shaun helped pair an engagement ring with a separate wedding band, and made them look like a set.

I just walked out of the doors at Walsh and I am beyond satisfied with their service. Walking in I was very nervous for it being my first time looking at engagement rings and being a 22 year old not knowing how they were going to treat me. They worked with me for almost 3 hours and made me feel at home. I am very happy with my final product and the outstanding service I received, I will forever and always shop at Walsh!

I got my grandfathers 100 year old 32° (Which I am) Masonic ring and they resized it for me and polished it…it’s like brand new; this is the best jewelry store I’ve ever been to, screw Kay’s

I visited Walsh Jewelers to have repairs on two gold chains. I was greeted by Sean Walsh. He was very professional and courteous. After examining my items Sean gave me the price. We completed the transaction with interesting information about their business and my concern about travel to Menomonee Falls. It was a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to picking up my chains. We shook hands as I left . Please visit these fine people.😊

I purchased a watch for my daughter as a Christmas gift this year and it will need to have a few links removed. I'll definitely be visiting Walsh in January to have that done! :o)

I was looking for a jeweler for a small watch fix so I searched in Google and picked Walsh for its proximity to home but mostly because of its reviews rating.

After visiting them I can say the rating is well earned. The service was quick and worth it, and the owner is just a good, honest person. In times like this dealing with a person / company like that is what you most want.

He is quite knowledgeable, in his own right! His prices are very reasonable. I see no reason to go anywhere else. I purchased our wedding rings there, and we’re both very happy with the product and service

Stopped in earlier this morning to have my son's watch band adjusted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bud Walsh was the gentleman who helped size the band, and removed a few links to make it fit. He did great work, and was super fast doing the work while we waited. Thank you for taking such good care of us!! I will certainly recommend your establishment to friends and family.

I went here a few times in the past. One, was to sell my silver bullion. And, gave me the best price around. The other two times are when he took the time to resize my watch. I had to come back two times to resize my same watch, due to my own fault. And, he had it done in no time. Very professional. And, a happy customer. Will be going back if I ever need any of my watches resized. Thank you for all your help!

I've been meaning to post this for so long! This is a wonderful full-service jeweler. We have purchased lovely jewelry from them as well as used them for appraisals and repair. Their customer service is fabulous. I always feel comfortable and welcome in their store. I give them my highest recommendation.

They did a great job on resetting my engagement diamond with some smaller diamonds from earrings on either side! Really happy!! Reasonable price as well.

I have been shopping at Walsh jewelers for more than 7 years and they are fantastic!! My wife and I bought our wedding rings there. I had a couple of crazy ideas and talked with Shawn about customizing a setting to fit a loose emerald I had previously bought from them, (she loves emeralds). Shawn worked with me to make my ideas happen and the combination turned out GREAT! My wife truly cherishes her ring.

I am now planning another custom ring for myself. Wherever you live, they are worth the drive!

Best place for diamonds & customer service! We got our wedding rings here over 20 years ago, & they clean my ring on the spot. They can fix any jewelry on site as well. We’ve purchased more jewelry for our daughters as confirmation & graduation gifts.
