Best Western Germantown Inn

Was very happy with the stay. Free breakfast was great, more than just an apple or banana. My 2 grandkids loved the pool. Only issue I had was with the room being humid even with the air on and it wasn't humid outside. Found it cozy and comfortable and a view of the trees instead of the parking lot. And Kwik Trip a short walk down the road. Definitely would stay again definitely worth the great low price.

The owners were so kind and helpful. We really appreciated our sports team being able to stay here. My daughter and the team were respectful and were responsible. The coach asked for use of the welcome area and they were kind enough to let us. The owners went out of their way and we loved our experience.

Hot tub room was great. Very enjoyable stay.

Amber at the front desk was very helpful! My 10 year old made the comment of how nice the staff was and we should come back again because of that alone. It’s an older hotel, so guests need to keep that in mind. It’s not fancy, but it was also affordable. It was a great place for us to stay!

My mother and I stayed here from Tuesday-Friday .The owner and her husband were so polite and accommodating, they made sure our visit was comfortable. Housekeeping was above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The pool area was so warm and relaxing, and dont forget the awesome hot tub jacuzzi!!!!! Also the breakfast was awesome, alot of selections. We will definitely be back when we come back into town.

The breakfast variety was ok. I especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and orange juice. The room was so very clean, it brought me to tears (compared to my last review of a different location which brought on much frustration) and I'm looking forward to my next leisure stay at this location. Those who were on staff during my stay (sorry I don't know their names), were very professional. I received an awesome greeting upon check in and truly felt like a guest before bringing the items to the room. Must check the room over first just in case all isn't well!

We drove up from South Carolina for a friend's wedding. We had another room booked at another Hotel, but we needed an early check in like 5:30 AM on a Thursday. Did I mention this is the weekend the Bucks won the Championship. So we left or original hotel and called Best Western in Germantown, they accommodated us not only for the early check in but they were actually booked up completely on Saturday and we needed the room until Monday. They had someone cancel and we able to completely accommodate us. The rooms were exceptionally clean. All of the staff were very helpful and nice decent people. We loved the live in house keeper(Sorry I didn't get her name). We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything Best Western Germantown!!

Great Hotel, were there for work near by and they have great customer service. A big thanks to that staff.

I've traveled for 26 years and have to say this was one of my best experiences.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very clean.
The breakfast food was fresh and plentiful.
The pool / hot tub was well-maintained.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

I believe it Is room 237 it's on the east end facing north it is a two room one bedroom hot tub suite it's that quant home that isn't known by most perfect for #POTUS you'll love it on your stay it's where I saw the two raccoons front paws together dancing. Enjoy

Polite staff, very clean and spacious rooms all for a price less than nearby competitor's. My stay here was great, quite heat, nice large TV, microwave and fridge. Very quiet and comfortable.

While this location is a small hidden gem, outside of Milwaukee, all of the staff is more than pleasant, the rooms are modern and outstanding. I wasn't expecting this from a Best Western, but this particular location compares to much higher end hotels. Even the housekeeping did an exceptional job making sure my room was extra clean and tidy when I returned. I was recommended to a very awesome restaurant in the area, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The breakfast was the normal complimentary breakfast but with a premium touch. If you're looking at the reviews and are undecided, you won't be dissapointed. They are very much about customer satisfaction.

Owners were GREAT !! Both of them went out of their way to make sure to make all 7 coworkers I had with traveling with me feel extremely welcoming. They even noticed that we worked the night shift and barely made it back in time for breakfast the first two nights. So they told us not to worry about rushing back , that they would make fresh breakfast again at 10am for us and keep the breakfast area open late while we stayed there. Again..... AMAZING staff & owners

Very quiet an quaint. The staff was very friendly, as well as helpful. It's a little funny to find coming off the highway if you're not familiar with the area. Overall my kids an I had a great time.

The staff was very helpful, the room was great and felt more like a nice little apartment with a hot tub than a hotel room. The pool area seemed clean enough, and breakfast was pretty decent

One of the main reasons I enjoying staying at Best Western Hotels is the consistency in quality for the economical price. The Germantown Inn was clean, comfy bed, and very nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient to I 94, Highly recommend for a stay if you are in the area.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities were very clean and the matianience staff was constantly on top of any issue that could arrise from guests staying in. There were a lot of parking spaces in which could help hold a lot of people and all were in convenient spots. The coffee was fresh brewed and the pool area was warm and clean.

front desk woman was great. gave us directions to a great place to eat some good bar food and even wrote the directions down for us an than gave us a hotel card and told us to call her if we got lost. super great person I will be back just because of her. the room was very nice the only thing that bothered me was the heater in the room was a little loud when starting up. great place to stay and close enough to the greater Milwaukee area.
