I've been seeing Jen for probably 6 years now. Since meeting her, she is the only PT I'll go to. Over the years she has reworked my running form, rehabbed my broken ankle, helped me with balance and movement after a head injury, treated my persistent wrist and shoulder pain, etc. Beyond being an excellent PT, she is a wonderful person. Rehab is hard but she is a joy to work with. I can't say enough good things about her. She has helped me continue to do the things I love, I highly recommend going to her for all your movement needs.

Jen is absolutely the best PT I've ever worked with. I came to her with a shoulder injury that my doctors were adamant could only be fixed with surgery. After working with Jen for just a couple months, my shoulder was back and better than ever. She was super flexible and worked well with my constraints to get me back up to 100%. Your PT search should stop here. Go to Jen.

Jen is the best PT I’ve worked with over decades of multiple different injuries. Jen helped me fully recover from a knee injury (plica syndrome) and ensured I received a proper diagnosis from my orthopedic surgeon. I’m now in better shape that I was before the injury - able to hike and run beyond what I could do previously. During treatment, Jen went above and beyond to truly understand biomechanics of what’s causing the issue, not just focusing on the knee but extending to how the body works as a unit (back, abs, hips, etc.). She is now my go to PT for a number of other injuries now (shoulder, feet, work from home ergonomics). Jen is an incredible medical provider and it’s exciting to see her start her own practice. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jen is the best! She really helped me out with a persistent hip injury that started while training for a half marathon. My treatment lasted a few months and Jen gave me lots of tips to continue recovering on my own and prevent re-injury. In the year following treatment, I trained for and ran my first marathon and trail ultramarathon - all pain free!

I previously had a negative experience with a different PT, so I visited Jen after a recommendation from a few friends. Jen was super respectful and very understanding of my concerns. Rather than making a quick judgement, she took time to thoroughly assess my situation. She always explained what she was doing and why and answered my questions with information backed by science and clinical experience. The PT I saw previously instructed me to stop running entirely and assigned me an exercise plan that did not fit with my lifestyle and which I could not motivate myself to stick with. On the other hand, Jen asked enough questions to be able to come up with a plan that worked for me and that I had no problem sticking with. I would highly recommend Jen and Seattle Sport RP!!

I started working with Jen after I broke my leg from a ski accident. Jen is so knowledgeable - I learned something new at each appointment with her. She takes the time to explain what is happening with your injury and recovery. During appointments she is very patient and gives it her all to ensure that you are progressing. She corrects your form to ensure that you are completing the exercises correctly and ensures that you have the information you need to complete your exercises at home. I always looked forward to my appointments with Jen - she was crucial to my recovery plan and I am so grateful for all the work she did with me!!

Jen is amazing in identifying exactly where your issue is and working with you to fix that. In 2018 I had an ACL tear surgery and by pure luck ended up working with Jen for the first 2 months of therapy. I never realized how much my recovery would depend on my mental state instead of physical limitations - but she pinpointed that and pushed me to work against my brain to get off crutches (I was glued to them it seems). I had to relocate from Seattle and since then used 3 different therapists and with none of them I made as much progress as with her. My only wish is that I could have stayed in Seattle and complete my course with Jen, I am sure I would have recovered much faster.

Saying Jen is an amazing PT just doesn't cover it. The way she listens and guides you through the whole process is so wonderful. I have had back issues for over a decade (scoliosis back surgery) and in just the handful of times I have seen her, not only do I feel results but I am learning so much about how I move! I am so grateful for all her knowledge and help...if you need a PT, go to Jen, she is the BEST!

Jen is an amazing PT - I would highly recommend going to her if you're in the area!! Besides working with you on a home program/manual treatment to fix your issue, she explains mechanically what's happening and why different things help fix the issue so that you can reason about it all yourself. She bases your treatment on your goals and your lifestyle, and she helps you understand and work through any mental components holding you back. She's also just fun to chat with, which is important for someone you see regularly and need to trust :) Go to Jen if you need a Seattle-area PT or someone to help you level up your performance!

I was dealing with knee issues to the point where I had trouble walking comfortably at the worst point, and today I hiked Mount Si! She also figured out that my knee issues were being made worse by lower back overuse, and working on that has drastically improved my lifting form, preventing me from injuring myself down the line! I'll definitely be going back whenever I need help!

I worked with Dr. Jennifer on my shoulder and the way she treated and helped me is just amazing. Her training is very precise and to the point. I have had shoulder issues for more than 5 years, and she helped me get back in shape in just 2-3 months of therapy.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jennifer and Seattle Sport Rehabilitation and Performance.

Simply put, Dr. Aglubat (Jen) is the best! Her knowledge about how the body works is something special and she has an amazing amount of optimism about the healing / therapy process. She knows when to push and when to take a step back, which I really appreciated. Having been to a few different PT's over the years, I can say with confidence that there's no one else I'd go to the next time an injury occurs (which no doubt is upcoming ;) From a dislocated / fractured shoulder to playing golf again the same year, I can't thank her enough...thank you Jen!

Easy 5 stars from me because Jen resolved my shoulder injuries that lasted over half a year. I've visited close to 10 other PTs in Seattle over the span of a year and the search eventually ended once I started working with her. Her diagnosis was accurate and training plans efficient. Above else, three things really stood out:
- She's patient when explaining her diagnosis and how she narrowed things down/eliminated other possibilities at each stage of recovery. This is incredibly confidence inspiring if you're like me and spent way too much time googling your injury.
- She was attentive in listening to injury details other PTs would ignore, and incorporated them in diagnosis and training plan when they seemed relevant. You can tell she works with the patient instead of just following a generic flow chart.
- She was constantly aware of my specific use case for the recovering mobility/body part. Healing shoulder ligaments to grab mugs out of your top shelf has different requirements than rehabbing to return to high intensity sports. She placed even more emphasis on this than I did.

I've had problems with my knees for decades, and it prevented many of the activities I've loved. I've seen orthopedic surgeons that suggested cortisone shots, I've complained to my primary doctors, and I've even paid for a certified physical trainer at a local gym. Dr. Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend, and it just one session she identified the issue, worked with me to develop a series of stretches/exercises to correct the issue, and I was able to run a 5k on a treadmill that very day, for the first time in decades! Absolutely the best!

Seattle Sport did such an amazing job fixing me up after a workplace injury -- I cannot recommend them enough! You will get expert care every step of the way, including guidance on what expectations are reasonable for each phase of the recovery process. I went from being immobile to being at 100% at the completion of my therapy. I also learned how to not re-injure myself and what was necessary to keep my back and body a-okay. It was a truly great experience that I will benefit from for the rest of my life.

Jen saved my life.. maybe sounds a bit dramatic but it sure felt that way. I was in a lot of pain and she not only helped with pain relied, but also gave me the tools to keep up on it.
She’s also a lot of fun to be around. 11/10
