My husband and I arrived just before 9pm to pick up items for our new puppy. Roger not only was kind about us making them stay late, he walked outside while we were loading up our car, and told us to come back in and create our new dog tag (and he walked us through the process too). 5 stars for Roger! His kindness, care and knowledge was above and beyond

We've shopped here at least a dozen times now. This is by far the friendliest staffed, and cleanest PetSmart we've been to (and I've been to stores in multiple states). Everyone is so very helpful and kind. It's also a great resource for your next cat adoption! They always have kitties that could use a home (I have one from PetSmart, but we have three now, and my hubby has "put his foot down" hehe, we'll see).

I prefer petsmart for their prices and their options as well. They have more options in store and online than petco could ever. The animals cages are clean, and they always have food in their cages for the right animals as well. Saff is friendly and always love seeing my dog. I've gotten dog beds to treats, and clothes. The clothes fit a bit too snug for him, (size M) but that always depends on who has made the clothes. The toys are amazing, it takes him a bit to destroy them. And the treats are healthy for the most part.

My family has always gone to this store for all 3 of our dogs. Not only is their vets so kinds and passionate for our babies but also I’d like to highlight their training program. Both Sarah and Mel are incredible, patient, and kind people who are amazing at training! Armi completed her course about a year ago with my sister and just this last Thursday Brandi finished hers. With their help I’ve been able to understand my dogs much better and we will be signing up for more classes!

They are the nicest people ever you can talk to them like your friends, great customer service. Shout out to Amanda, I would rate 6 stars if I could.

The manager of this store is simply a top-notch customer service manager. He has helped us many times has gone over. And above the pricing that is listed For clarence items. When we need any pet supplies We go here we highly recommend.

This store has just about everything you could ever imagine for your pet. We have a dog named Azure and a cat named Lucius that love this place. Of course, for Lucius it’s hearsay, but still. Both of them get a lot of nutrition, exercise, safety, and joy from PetSmart—which makes us happy!

I’ve gone here for about a year now. Every time i go here the people working are absolutely amazing! Most places i go for pet supplies they all seem to be bothered with people. This place has some amazing workers. Highly recommend going to this store for you pet supplies! I cannot speak for the grooming salon as i don’t go there for grooming. All the in store workers are very friendly and so willing to help with anything you need. Thank you to all the amazing workers!

We have been taking our 2 small dogs here now for just over a year!. We love the employees who work here because they truly love the animals. It's so nice to have the dogs in great care. We can't speak highly enough, each cut has been fabulous!

It's always great to be able to walk in and see that the cages are clean and all animals have food and water full and available for them. You really care.

Hosted a your for my daughters girl scout troop. The girls had a lot of fun and my daughter came home with a smile and several new animal factoids. I appreciate their customer service! Great prices on dog treats and toys, while the beds, crates, and kennels (as well as aquariums and terrariums) are pricier. Always a pretty good assortment of fish, reptiles, rodents, etc. for a big pet store.

I was worried my 6mo puppy would struggle and the staff were so amazing with her! They couldn't say enough good things and Brownie was so happy there. Hannah did a fabulous job grooming her and I will for sure be back again. Thanks for making it so easy!

Staff and management was super helpful and friendly and willing to help us out after we adopted our dog. They have lots of programs to help people who are new pet owners. If not at o e location it is usually at another. And they love the animals that come in. Even give them treats sometimes.

This is for the fish department and management. They are absolutely amazing. Of course they are knowledgeable and have a great selection but their customer service is just incredible. I bought some Tetras for my 10 gallon tank. For those who don't know you isolate them in a separate tank to medicate and observe them before introducing them to your main tank. The day after I had introduced them to my main tank they displayed late stage parasites (aka white spots). Having been in my main tank for over 12 hours it was for sure infected. I returned the Tetras and got a full refund. But sadly, my beta fish ended up getting fin rot and dying despite my efforts to treat him. After calling and explaining this to the staff they agreed to help me replace my beta. Which is so far and beyond what they have to do but I truly appreciate it. This fish was my pride and joy so it was a big loss for me and they have been very kind and understanding throughout this whole process. Big thanks to Jeremy and the whole fish department for making this difficult time a little easier.

I didnt know if i needed to get smt for my cat for possible anxiety and so i went to a staff member and asked for advice and they were SO incredibly helpful. Some of the best customer service ive seen in a while. Also, guess what, their input actually worked wonders😄

Great grooming for the price! Pricing for my Dane is amazing. It’s usually costs anywhere from 80-160 to get him groomed and it it was such a relief to be able to pay under 60 for a classic groom.

Woof. One of our favorite places to go. My pup fell asleep with the new toy my co-owners bought her. Lovin' the chillaxin vibe I get when I'm hangin' out with my peeps.
