Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple

I recently visited Utah with my Mom. We love to go to different temples when we are traveling. They are all beautiful and each stands out for its own reason. The amount Timpanogos, like other temples, was an absolutely gorgeous temple. The spirit was strong. We had such a nice evening. I love love to visit temples. Whether I go inside them or I am walking the temple grounds, there is a feeling of peace that I don’t find anywhere else on this earth. Inside the temple walls, it is difficult to deny the spirit that can be felt so strongly. You truly feel the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ. There is a conviction that you feel and it would be very difficult to deny that temples truly are the houses of the Lord. I know with 100 percent certainty that as I worship in the temple, that if I or anyone else who seeks him, will find him and the associated blessings that come with having a relationship with him. To have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is a feeling that is beyond description.

What a Beautiful, Wonderful place to come and learn of Jesus Christ and His teachings. Plenty of good parking. Fantastic volunteers that help you with every need. You can rent clothes here.

This temple is among my favorites. Every room has great detail and lots of light. For those who would are looking to get married here, there are 8 Sealing Rooms available and largest Sealing Room capacity is 62. For this month of May, the temple is closed due to cleaning (will open back up on the 29th) and will be closed again in November.

Gorgeous place. The flowers are beautiful, the place has a spirit of peace here. Only those who are worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ may enter, but it is so worth it for members for it helps them seal their families together for eternity and help members gets Revelation they need, and help they learn and prepare to be worthy to meet For in the next life.

We LOVED getting married here. No super crowded (saw one other bride coming in as I was getting ready to leave), went so smooth and fast, and was great in helping us get everything ready before hand (marriage license, living ordinance recommends, etc.). And all the workers were very nice and welcoming:)
Also the grounds are incredible when flowers are blooming!!!

It was absolutely beautiful!! I went while they had the nativity up and there was some snow and I really enjoyed my experience. I could feel God's love very strongly there and knew He was personally aware of me.

The temple grounds are beautiful and the temple itself is, of course, even more so. Definitely one of my top 5 favorites!

The grounds are beautiful and the building is fantastic to view from the outside. To enter into this building you must carry a recommend from your bishop.

What a beautiful place! A house of God to go feel God's love for you and all of His children. The grounds are kept beautiful all year round, making this a great place to go even if it is to sit outside.

Very beutiful temple. It was a bit busy, but that is what happens when a lot of people want to go to it. You can always come here to feel the peace that it brings to our lives. But I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment. Otherwise, you might not be able to do anything inside.

This was the second temple I have ever been to in Utah, and it's absolutely beautiful on the inside as well the outside

The Mount Timpanogos Temple, nestled beneath the shadow of its majestic namesake peak, is a testament to faith carved into the Utah landscape. Its exquisite design resonates with the ancient truths and covenants restored in our time. The serenity experienced within its walls and on its grounds feels like a whispered promise from the heavens above. 5/5 for a sanctuary that mirrors the grandeur of the divine amidst nature's splendor.

Okay... this was my first time visiting this particular LDS Temple (for a former student's wedding), and I will say honestly that this is one of the most beautiful places in Utah - for sure in Utah County! The temple structure itself is beautiful, but the grounds are overwhelmingly gorgeous!!! The mature landscaping is breathtaking. Holy wow! It's reverent and peaceful and a place that I would gladly hang out in for hours. Those LDS folks really know how to create beautiful spaces.

Temples are an incredible blessing and they help me understand God's love for me. Ask the missionaries about temples if you have any questions!

Peaceful, still, serene. One or my more favorite temples, the beautiful azure window panes in the spire get me every time. Definitely a place to be. Whether you are Mormon or not, it's beautiful.

Every temple is unique. I love the design of this one and the huge parking lot that allows many people to visit at the same time. At Christmas time there's a cute nativity in the front that adds to the holy design and atmosphere. Visiting temples even just from the outside will always leave a positive experience because of the calmness and peaceful environment. Hope you have the same experience going there 🎈

Great peaceful place to go. All you need is a recommend to enter. Go to your closest church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints to find out how to get one.

For me, going to this temple feels like going home. I don’t mean the continuous commotion, kids bouncing off the walls, piles of laundry and dishes to be done home where I raised my kids. I mean the quiet, peaceful, comfort home of where I know I lived before. And the flower beds and lawns are beautifully kept. Just being on temple grounds can be a serine experience. This is my temple district, and I am an ordinance worker here, so I may be a little biased. But you won’t regret spending a little time here even if you are only able to tour the outside.
