AT&T Store

We had such a great experience today getting a phone upgrade and they also helped us file a service claim on another phone.

Christian helped us, and he could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our old selves. We really appreciate his help.

I cannot find the words to describe how grateful I am for the service our family received at this store…especially from Carina!
My husband and I had spent hours (8+) at the AT&T store in PG…where we had the worst customer service and they could not fix the issues with 3 of our phones.
Carina and her team resolved the issues so quickly, treated us with respect and helped us with returning another phone. We will never go anywhere else ever again.

I had called about adding a line and spoke to Joey. He answered my questions and then Joey helped me when I came in the store. He was not only very helpful with all of my questions but, he stayed around to help us while we figured out transferring a line from Verizon. Joey was also super nice and just made the experience much easier. This is my 2nd experience with Joey and will ask for him everytime I come in.

I worked with Christian and Mike to port my number over from Verizon and trade in my old phone for a new one. Thats not a fun process, they were patient and personal. They had some pep in their step and some light in their eyes and it felt like they generally enjoyed their life, which is not always what you get when you work with someone in retail. So kudos to these folks for helping me solve some necessary evils and doing it in a way that didn’t make me want to slap anyone with a leather glove.

Jonas spent 4hrs assisting me with the highest integrity, service, patience and stellar attitude! The Team went out of their way to extend information and all the discounts possible! I Highly recommend this store!

I had gone in around a month ago wanting information on how to trade my phone in to get a newer one and Jesus answered all my questions and helped get everything sorted out. I had gone in yesterday and he remembered me and the whole situation that had happened a month prior. He helped me get the new iPhone and get warranties on my screen protector and my phone. He did great explaining what the prices were and what everything was going to look like. Definitely deserve a raise! Thank you!

I had a very unique issue with being unable to access an account online. Lance took initiative and spent the extra time to resolve my issue. I’ve found that most places just toss the problem back at you. Lance was excellent because he solved the problem. Thank you!!!

This AT&T is worth the drive to pass any "authorized retailer" stores. We first went to a bon corporate store and they messed our account up pretty bad. Thanks to Lance and the team at the Lehi store we are fixed and happy with our AT&T services again.

Mike at AT&T was the most patient & kind employee! Our phone had so many problems and he carefully addressed each one. I would highly recommend he get a raise!

I was having major problems with my ICloud. I'm not techie; the Lehi store had installed ICloud for me a few years ago on my AT&T cell phone, but someone there told that AT&T doesn't work on iCloud and that it's an Apple store I needed. After an hour on the phone with Apple, they said they wouldn't help me because I'm not on Mac. After a wasted morning of hours of trying to get help, I happened to go the Lehi AT&T store for a different issue, my VM was not working. The store Manager, Seth Wegesend-Ako, greeted me and said he'd be happy to help with my voicemail problem. He asked me how my day was going and I told him about the nightmare of run-arounds I'd been given regarding ICloud. He said he'd be happy to take a look at it. Not only was he unbelievably polite and went that extra step to help a longtime AT&T customer (I've been with AT&T since cell phones were invented!), he actually fixed the ICloud problem, even though it technically was not an AT&T product. He also fixed my voicemail and even helped me with a GoogleMaps issue. I cannot express my appreciation for this incredible young man. Thank you, Seth, you restored my waning faith in customer service, courtesy and civility.

The team helped me swap phones even though my daughter had forgotten to wipe her. They were efficient and courteous and had me on my way home in no time

Manager Seth and team (Mike and Logan) were incredible. We were on the phone with AT&T for fraud activity for hours. We were finally told to go to a store. We called ahead where Seth assured his team would help us. We showed up frustrated and scared. Seth immediately helped us out. Got us drinks from Starbucks, and solved our fraud problems, updated our accounts, and helped us upgrade our phones w/out paying extra. His team was phenomenal!!!! Customer service was insanely good 👍🏼 We live in another state. When we visit Utah and need phone help— we will stop in Lehi for sure!!

Went to a different AT&T location earlier in the week to upgrade a iPhone, and the associates there left us confused since they talked us into adding products to our plan we didn’t need, thinking it was going to be free. We came to this location last night that we always have a good experience with, and Caden & Michael were AMAZING! They did a wonderful job explaining to us our plan and resolved all of our concerns. We left with smiles on our faces :) great customer service here!!!
