Ordered a bunch of clothes for an upcoming trip. Notices I was charged sales tax (I lived in MN where there is no tax on clothing) and 10% discount was not given. They took care of it within 24 hours and issued a refund. Received my order and 1 item was missing and noticed not all of the sales tax was removed. Used the chat feature and Debbie took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. I'm very impressed by there customer service. Very happy with the clothes purchased. Here's a few pics. Only returning 3 out of 12 items, since they didn't fit right on my body. Even though it is store credit only. I don't mind since there was so much more I wanted to buy. Super excited to wear my new clothes.

I love sexy modest. Their customer service team is outstanding. Any time I have had to change an item’s size, had an issue with an order, or just needed a question answered, they are quick to respond an always helpful. They truly want you to love what you are purchasing. Debbie had my question answered and resolved within three minutes today. I will continue to go to sexy modest for my apparel.

I live in Canada and have been a customer for several years. I love this store! Great products and top notch service. I have only had to return one item through the years that didn’t fit. Returning items from Canada to the U.S. is sometimes difficult, but the return to Sexy Modest was made so much easier with wonderful service by the staff! (Can I give your name, Debbie!?☺). Other than the one return all of my items have fit perfectly. I love the wrinkle free dresses and blouses - great for travel - and have received many compliments over them. Thanks, Sexy Modest! ❤

It has taken 2 weeks for my packages to ship, so I reached out on the chat app to see when my products would ship. You see, I needed them for trip I am leaving on in 3 days. It was the weekend, but they promised to ship the items as a priority and will send me tracking details.

Completely ignore the fact that I look jet-lagged and travel weary. Focus on the BB Habit pants. You’d never guess they’d just put in a sixteen-hour day. They’re my go-to anytime I have to travel and still look professional the moment I land.

I have been so happy with my whole shopping experience with sexymodest boutique. I absolutely LOVE my jogger set. I practically live in it. I just ordered the cardigan to go with it. I had a small problem with my order, so I contacted customer service. WOW! AMAZING customer service. Debbie was so good. Prompt, friendly, and totally helpful! I highly recommend this company. I ordered quite a few items for a trip with expedited shipping, and after several days, I didn't see a tracking number or order update. I reached out to customer service, and though I was refunded the amount I paid for shipping (thank you), I wasn't given an ETA on the shipment. I tried again the next day and spoke with Katelyn, who was amazing. She let me know that everything was ready, with the exception of one item (a shirt) that would be back in stock the following week. We considered just sending another size since others were in stock, but after discussing my style preferences and body type, we determined I would still like the one I ordered best. So, to help out, she shipped the package to me without the shirt and asked that the manufacturer expedite and ship the shirt directly to me. Still hoping I get everything before vacation, but at least I'll have most of it if I don't get that one item!!

I LOVE this company. I recently needed a pink dress for a pink themed wedding. It was a last minute decision to go, if ordered online it would not get to me before my flight. I asked if I could pick up the dress at the warehouse. They said absolutely. When I got to the warehouse a nice gal even offered to steam the dress for me. I thought that was so kind. I have ordered clothes for years from them. Love the quality and price point. Random side note, the owner Brigitte is real fun to follow on social media.

I decided to click on that chat bubble just to see if someone would actually chat with me or if it was a computer, or, if because it was late in the evening, I wouldn’t get a reply at all. Low and behold I was able to chat with a live person who answered every question immediately. It was as if she was waiting to be of help to someone interested in these beautiful items. She was very helpful and very kind in her helping me with a dress that is currently SOLD OUT, but, being reordered and expected in soon. It truly is a pleasant experience, so, for those who might need to do the same, do it. Customer service five star rating.

I have loved everything i have purchased from this company. I love being able to see the videos with different woman (and sizes) showing the merchandise. I have an idea how I will look in it before it arrives. The material is great and comfortable. I have received compliments on everything I have purchased. If there is a problem, the customer service is fantastic. They are always quick with their responses and are there to help you to truly help you. I've always hesitated to purchase on line because of how clothes may fit me (I am large busted and when the tops fit the bottoms don't, etc...) with this company if it doesn't fit the way I thought it would, they make it easy and simple to return.

I purchased a dress from sexymodest for a wedding. I tried the dress on and it was very good quality and very comfortable, but I decided that I wanted to exchange it for a different color.
