The Baby Cubby

I bought a car seat for my baby here and loved the experience, such knowledgeable staff. When I went to get her a toddler seat from the same place, I had an equally good experience. Annoyingly, when it was time for the seat to ship, there was an availability issue, delaying the order. Customer service contacted me immediately when the issue was flagged, and was so incredibly responsive (shoutout Lauren G) and helpful, we got everything resolved and I was able to get my seat in time for a road trip we had planned. I will definitely be going back! Stellar staff of people all around.

My husband and I are soon to be first time parents. We heard from friends Baby Cubby has car seat and stroller experts and we came hoping to figure out that whole world. Ashley was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable and very patient as she set up all the different settings for us on strollers and car seat combos. We feel confident in our choice and have added Baby Cubby links to our registry 🤞🏼

My husband and I went first time parent shopping and were instantly greeting by Lindsey! We had no idea what we were doing and she showed us everything went over pros and cons with us and really helped us learn a lot! Such great customer service! They also price match!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The store is super cute and they have very nice products. Bailey helped us find the best car seat+stroller combo ever. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the products. We are going to love using the products for sure. We’ll be coming back for some baby clothes!

I love everything about the Baby Cubby. I love buying gifts here for expectant moms, it feels more unique and lovely then a gift from target! They had balloons the other day and right away they gave one to my toddler, which made her so excited and happy for our shopping trip. I also asked one of the employees to hide a gift at the register for my daughter that I wanted to buy but didn’t want her to see! They’re all great!

Lindsey helped us a lot figuring out the stroller and car seat. Super grateful should get a raise, very knowledgeable.

I needed a good quality car seat for my newborn ASAP and I found out they had the one I wanted at the store.
There was an associate helping other customers for a while so I went to ask another associate for help and she was amazing. They even let us try the car seat in our car before buying it and another associate helped us with the car seat installation and told us we can come back anytime if we needed help with the car seat again (as it seems a bit complex).

It was our first time at the store and we had a great experience. I highly recommend making the drive.

I went to the tent sale (sept 2023) and it was great! Maggie and Jackie helped me figure out how to combine tent sale deals with full price items to get the stroller setup of my dreams. They were patient, knowledgeable, kind and personable. Highly recommend this place!

Lindsey was great she was super knowledgeable about the strollers and carseats she took the time and showed me all the details was super patient with me when I had no clue what I was doing or looking for. I really appreciate all her help! She was fantastic! This store is super cute a little more on the $$$ side but cute items sold there I haven't seen other places.

We’ve been to a few places to look at strollers. We leave lost each time. Today we went in for our first time to Baby Cubby. Immediately we were greeted by Codie and she immediately started helping us. She was so sweet and really amazing. She took her time and asked questions and then showed us products based on what we were looking for. She demonstrated a few things for us and took the time to show us car seats as well. We left knowing exactly what we wanted and felt more knowledgeable leaving than we did going in. Thanks again Codie

Jamie helped my husband and I today purchase our first stroller and car seat. She is an absolute angel and was so helpful! We had a general idea of what we wanted and she helped us seal the deal! Could not recommend her enough, she has the biggest and best southern mom energy!!

We chatted with Julie today and she was phenomenal. She took the time to educate us about the different stroller options and car seat options. As a first time mom, I had a million questions that she explained thoroughly and even wrote down details for us on an information card. She was aware we were not going to buy today, but just wanted to learn and explore, and Julie still spent quality time with us. Her advice was very helpful and I will be purchasing an UppaBaby Stroller from here because of this experience.

I have been following Baby Cubby for awhile on Instagram and finally decided to go check it out because of their selection of brands and knowledge of all the best baby gear. Watching their YouTube videos and reels made it apparent they knew what they were talking about. I was nervous partially that it would be a high pressured sales environment and it was everything but that. We didn't even get greated when we came
in and we spent some time digging around in the car seat and stroller section without being asked if we needed help. While some people might hate that it was very appreciated for me. When we needed help we asked and got excellent service from Bailey. She was honest and knowledgeable. We ended up with a car seat and stroller that we feel confident in and we didn't feel pressured. We felt educated enough by her to make up our own minds. I will definitely be back !!

I’m about to be a first time mom and I have been feeling really overwhelmed with carseat/stroller options! I came to Baby Cubby to be able to see and try different stroller options and was helped by the assistant manager Codie. She was wonderful!! She showed me a couple different options and was very knowledgeable with all of the products. She made me feel so comfortable and showed me how to open and collapse the different strollers as many times as I needed to get the hang of it!! So glad she was there to help me make such a big and important decision for baby!!

I went into baby cubby a few times to look at strollers and every time I was greeted and helped with all my questions. The employees seem to be really well trained in their product knowledge. My husband and I went last Friday to check out their sidewalk sale, and Baylee spent nearly an hour and a half with us answering tons of questions about strollers and helping us look into some of their options for glider chairs. She seriously was soo helpful. The employees don’t make commission so none of them have ever seemed pushy regarding sales, and many of the employees have personal experience with the products they carry.

Julie was so great! She really helped us narrow down what strollers and car seats are best for our lifestyle. She even let us try installing the car seats in my car to make sure they fit as well as trying different strollers to see which ones fit in my trunk! If you’re feeling overwhelmed about baby gear this is the place to go!
