Walgreens

After reading all the bad reviews of this store, I was reluctant to go there. My experience was as good as possible. They were very friendly and helpful and customer service was great. Don't let the bad reviews keep you away.

The pharmacist; Chris, is phenomenal at his job. I am very aware of the struggles, stress, and exhaustion all of you who work in pharmacies are experiencing post-covid.

However; Chris is the most patient, kind, and sweet pharmacist I’ve spoken with. I’ve never felt rushed or as if I’m a nuisance which is; unfortunately, true with many pharmacies these days - not at fault of the staff, but the higher up decisions to cut labor despite a rise in demand.

What is most impressive about Chris is that; while my questions usually reverb around the controlled medications I take, I have NEVER felt any level of judgement from him. From what I have seen in online forums and from many of my friends who work as techs, the judgement is aggressive and just sad. Never have I felt that from him. He gives me the time I need to fix an issue with one of my prescriptions. He explains things audibly and in a gentle way.

I’ll have to figure out how to go higher up to get him recognized.

As well, the entire team there is following in Chris’ footsteps. This is a wonderful location. I was also helped by a different pharmacist over a prescription called Vraylar not being covered by insurance, and he was also spectacular. Keep it up, guys!

You know who is consistently great, professional, thorough, patient and helpful? Cecee. No matter how busy, Cecee is always personable, looks through the prescriptions, offers advice and troubleshoots insurance or medical issues.
Such a busy location, I'm always glad to see her at the counter. She is awesome!

I placed a photo order thinking it had processed and inteiros be ready the same day but when I looked at the email realized it was for the next day.
Since I don’t live close to this location I called and was ready to cancel the order. Heidi was very nice and without hesitation changed my order for same day and it was ready in 10 minutes.
She didn’t have to do it, I didn’t ask her but she was proactive and has great customer service skills. Way to go above and beyond. I’m a happy customer.

One hour photo books ---- Amazing!!
I did this as a last minute project for my missionary out in the field. She told me last minute that she wanted photos of all family to share with those there where she is serving and I am blown away by the quality of the book. I submitted the book online via their website, selected the store I wanted to pick up at and showed up when I got a text saying it was ready. Truly amazing.

I got sick today, so sick I had the call into work which I've never done before and takes a lot since I'm a virtual employee. Anyway, I suspect it's covid and I go online and the stores I select the at-home rapid test at don't let me check out via curbside pickup. I drove my son (who's also sick) to the store and he passed out in the back so I couldn't physically go into the store and couldn't check out online. I called and spoke to a store associate who said she has one in stock and the pharmacy might help me out, I was thrilled. I went through the pharmacy line and pharmacy said out of stock, no luck. So I called back and spoke to the exact same store associate who actually ran it back to pharmacy for me and asked them to sell it to me. I was able to pick it up at the pharmacy drive thru which is great but I wanted to highlight the store associate who went above and beyond to bring the test to pharmacy and take my calls multiple times. I don't remember her name but you need more employees like her

Not sure why there are so many low reviews. Perhaps it is just the folks who have a bad experience that end up leaving a review at all. I don't have time to sit and read them. All I know is I have never been wronged here and the prescriptions have been working out over the years. Seems like they have a decent bathroom and plenty of snacks to keep me busy if I need to wait around.

First time ever a automated phone system works very well. I called to check on my medication status and followed the instructions. I could get all the information that I need without talking to anyone and it was fast. Congratulations to the tech who did the automation phone system at walgreens!

I needed just one 4x6 printed at 9 PM. Lynn helped me at the photo counter and was amazing.

We have been very happy with Walgreens, Lehi. They've been friendly and helpful with questions each time we've visited. We will continue to use Walgreens in Lehi.

Nadia is absolutely amazing and delivers exceptional service. She does this with an unparalleled positive !

Katie at the pharmacy was super helpful and totally efficient and Jess at the checkout was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Yay!

This is my favorite pharmacy. The app makes it easy to manage prescriptions and the people there are very helpful.

The pharmacy staff is always so helpful!
