IFA Country Store

I love this store. They have everything you need for gardening, farming, or everyday activities. Great place to buy some work gloves. They also have great selection for bbq equipment.

Went in Oct 2022 for some beekeeping supplies and oh, was I surprised! They have everything you need for beekeeping except the extractors. Great place to go in case you need tools, inner covers, supers, all frames and foundation and etc. Got pictures to prove it.

My son and I were at this location yesterday, and every single employee we passed asked if they could help us find something. They were knowledgeable and helped recommend products for our chickens. As we left, my son and I commented on the fact that it's been a long time since we've had such good customer service at a retail location. Way to go IFA employees!

Have to go here every once in a while for my daughter involved in FFA. They always have what we are looking for, which is nice. I especially love going in the springtime when I can look at the baby chick's and ducks!

We visited the store yesterday from out of town. First all the employees were all very friendly, however, we would like to give kudos to Kammy. Kammy helped me find a pair of boots. She pulled out many possibilities for me to try on without batting an eye. She is an outstanding employee!!

We love IFA. The workers are always so nice and helpful. We find useful things there!

If your grass is dying or your plants aren't doing well take a picture and go into the store these people know their stuff! We picked up a darling pair of cowboy boots for our daughter today that were so precious purple and white. Today they had vegetables 25% off and that was awesome because I know this year they might not do as well as they would have done if I planted earlier but they will still be amazing for next year for the strawberry and raspberries plants. Today they also had dwarf bunnies which are really cute and had a great tip for bunnies in the summer time You can freeze a 2 L soda pop bottle and then tip it upside down for their water and it will make it a lot cooler for the bunnies in the shade.

I came in to buy fertilizer for my lawn. The cashier was so kind and walked me over to all the different fertilizers and proceeded to teach me a really good lawn care program for our area. She helped me understand what choices there were four different types of lawns so that I could choose what I needed for my lawn. She was super helpful. I am adding pictures of the handouts that she gave me for the lawn care program.

Yesterday I called and spoke to the store manager Mike about a major concern and some feedback I had. After speaking with him I feel so much more confident and relieved to know how much care and effort is put into this store by him as a manager. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and addressed my every point immediately. I went back into the store today and was absolutely blown away with his customer service. He is very proactive, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We have purchased many items here. We pick up our chick feed, plants, shrubs, fertilizer and fruit trees from here. Went in for several weeks looking for wire mesh, chicken feeders and water cans. Their stock was limited as they explained they sold out.

Our visit recently in December 2020 was fabulous. Many employees throughout our visit were so helpful like Pam & Matt. We ended up getting a smoker because of the knowledge and help they provided. It's amazing how we bought a variety of goods in the same store not needing to go to Lowes. IFA is now our go to store.

We have been here a few times to get a wide variety of things. We have purchased clothes, toys, and our most recent purchase was a horse trough. Everyone is so kind here, and the store is very clean! All the shelves are organized, and I feel like you can talk to almost any employee, and they know exactly what they’re talking about when it comes to fertilizing, weed control, etc. I highly recommend this location!

We love shopping at IFA. They have great stuff that isn't like every other places stuff.

IFA consistently delivers with great customer service and products. Knowledgeable, happy staff and if they don’t carry something I need they tell me where to go to find it. AND their chicken feed kept my hens laying all winter unlike whatever happened at Tractor Supply and Cal-Ranch.

Always a great place to buy western wear, boots, hats, winter coats, carharts, pet supplies and toys Fer the kids.

Such great people! I could wander around this IFA all day! We were only in the store for 10 minutes and at least 4 super nice employees asked if they could help us. I love IFA!

I've been going to IFA for many years for feed, bedding, plants, seeds and more recently, bees. This year they sold me a five frame Nuc (almost $200.00) that was supposed to have an established hive. When I pried open the top of the crate to populate my hive, I noticed there was some damage and when I pulled out the frames, it was obvious that at least half of the bees were gone. I called and emailed them and got no response. On about the third call I finally connected with someone. IFA acknowledged that quite a few customers had received damaged boxes but they refused to do anything to replace the hive and wouldn't discount the price, even though more than half the bees had escaped. I know that all businesses mess up occasionally and I judge them based on how they respond to those mistakes. IFA, you really blew it on this one. I thought you were a stand up company.

Edit: Apparently there was some miscommunication between employees and management on this problem. They corrected what went wrong in a very professional and satisfactory way. I'm really happy about this, because I like the store and really didn't want to go somewhere else. Thanks to Kolter and Pam for putting this right.

I went here to buy chickens and i had a few questions because I've never had chickens. I was also a bit embarrassed as I'm not exactly their typical client and i felt a bit out of place. But the staff were very helpful and cheerful. My first visit to the store and I have to say, I enjoyed the experience which isn't normally true in a retail type store.

If you are looking for a place that sells chicken feed and everything else you might need for chickens, as well as all kinds of other pet materials and supplies, as well as many things you might need for a garden or, say, an urban farm, this is the place.

This is probably one of the better IFAs in the valley due to their size and typically well-stocked supplies of things. I have never gone there and not gotten what I needed. Also, they often have straw bales and I sure love those things.

Always a fun store to visit. Always some who can help you find what you need. I grew up going to IFA and they have things other box stores just don't have. They also sell things that are specific for the area. The box stores just sell whatever. Yea you may spend a couple dollars more but when it's going to work, it's worth it.
