Joe Bandido's

The only reason this place isn’t getting a million stars is because it’s a little run down. The bathrooms seriously give old rundown bar vibes. The prices on the menu are not current so when we checked out, I was curious why the bill was more than I anticipated. It’s only a couple dollars more on each item, but that can add up quickly.

Aside from that, the food here is fantastic and the portions are VERY generous. We both couldn’t finish our plates. Excellent refried beans, and the chips and salsa were so yummy we ordered more.

We had the chicken chimichanga and mixed fajita burrito with verde sauce. Both were good but the fajita burrito was the better of the two.

Quick tip: the entrance door is on the west side of the building up the stairs. There’s two doors, It’s the door on the left. We were kind of confused when we parked and couldn’t go in the doors that faced the road, which looks like it’s supposed to be the front of the building.

Ordered the Bandido without meat and it was scrumptious! It has all my favorite toppings. Friendly staff and quick service. So yummy. And the best hot salsa. Remember to buy a few truffles on the way out! They melt in your mouth

Wow! Celebrated my wife's birthday at Joe Bandito's today. They didn't hesitate that I requested seating for a party of 16. They made it happen. The food and the service was fantastic! Eat at JOE'S, you won't be disappointed.

Food here is pretty good, chips and salsa is the best and the rest of the food is okay. Smells weird in the restaurant area and bathrooms could be taken better care of but I now only go in to get chips and salsa to entertain at home. Great homemade chips and salsa would definitely recommend!

Our first visit and it was very nice. Wait staff was attentive. Menu was wide-ranged. We saw lots of kids there so clearly family place too. We will be going back.

Bandido's is pretty sweet man. The drinks came out quick and the food was great. The salsa is dang good, too. It was pretty loud, but not overwhelming.

My parents have been loyal patrons for many years. It's my mother's absolute favorite place to eat. She'll clean her plate every time. A 74 year old Mexican food vacuum :)
The staff are efficient. The food arrives unbelievably fast. It's consistently hot and delicious.

The food here is authentic and fresh. The chips and salsa are warm, and tasty! Chicken chimie changa is wonderful. The service is always great, and the restaurant is clean and tidy.

While I will agree that the place definitely needs an update/remodel it's absolutely my all time favorite mexican food...have never once left disappointed.

Super good service! We had a combo plate, Enchilada, shredded chicken taco (tons of chicken on this bad boy), and a Chicken fajita ensalda. The flavoring on the chicken was amazing, the fresh greens crisp. With the delicious salsa and hot chips (why can't everyone serve hot chips?!) We were in Mexican food nirvana. The only thing that needs improvement is the physical menu. They were old, falling apart, and mine had dried food on it. But when we are next down this way, we will be back!

I love this place. Everybody is always so friendly, the best wait staff, delicious food, reasonably priced, VERY FAST, and the best restaurant chips and salsa on the planet.

I grew up going here! Always a family favorite! We drive 30 miles to eat here but it's worth it! Chips and Salsa are good, combination plates are good, honestly everything is good! You will find something that you like!

Love this place. We go every week. The best chips and salsa in Utah Valley - the best cheese enchiladas in Utah Valley. Friendly staff, usually quick to seat you. Feels a little hole-in-the-wall ish, but it is good so I dont focus on the environment, I focus on the food! Affordable and delicious.

I've been going here for years and absolutely love the food! Their enchiladas are fantastic. My husband always gets the fajitas for one and adores them - they are quite spicy though. I tried their beef tacos for the first time the other day and they were delicious. They serve Coke products, which I love. If you love Mexican food, I'd definitely recommend Joe Banditos.

I'm not sure how to rate the atmosphere... it's very homey, not upscale at all. But the real attraction is the food. It's all so delicious. We had the shrimp tacos for 2 and we had more than enough. The shrimp were perfectly done and plentiful. The salsa must have been made in house because it was fresh. We'll be coming back for sure!

This is the best place for Mexican food in the south of Utah valley. Their specialty is El Bandido. If you are on the fence about what you want to order, I can highly recommend el bandido because it is really delicious! The chips and salsa are also to die for.

Best Mexican food in Springville! People either like Joe Bandidos or La Casita, but we are firmly in the Joe Bandidos camp.
