Savannah is hands down the best service tech. She is great at communicating the needs of my vehicle. Karen is such a ray of sunshine we couldn't ask to be greeted by a better person. This location is one of the busiest, yet they always get me in and out quick.

The best part of Ken Garff Ford is the salesman Marty! Even though he sold me my car 2 years ago he still is super helpful. He is quick to answer any questions I have and to help me get my car taken care of. I can always reach out to him if I have any problems or need to get my car in and he will go above and beyond his salesman job and makes sure I get scheduled quickly. I would buy a car from Marty over and over again. If he wasn’t at the dealership I would be super frustrated dealing with anyone else. He treats me like family! He’s seriously the best! We dropped My Son‘s car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in timely manner. We got a video of what we needed fixed which wasn’t much just a couple filters. Very very happy with my service.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with their service department! Everyone was so kind, I had the pleasure of working with Curtis and he was so attentive, kept me updated, and they did great on the repair! I had previously owned a VW, and had been in and out of their service department and they were horrible to work with. I ended up selling my VW and purchased a ford, and working with this service department was night and day difference! they are amazing!

Just had my truck in last week for warranty service with Savannah. She has always treated me great. Straight for answers and solutions no bull or fluff. Plus she has been there forever so when I go in I don’t have to worry about building a relationship with someone new every time. I only hope the dealership recognizes her value and commitment to the customers. Great job again Savannah!

I’m a stay at home mom with young kids. My car needed some parts replaced due to a recall and Ken Garff offered the service to come pickup my car from my home and drop it back off when done. The service was quick, convenient, and they continually kept me informed throughout the process. It didn’t disrupt my day at all with young kids. I was very impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.

Lindsay in the shop was great to work with and was able to help with both my vehicles. Jeff and Alex drove my bronco with me so we could diagnose the problem and they quickly found the problem and fixed it for me. Great service.

I have to give a great review for this dealership’s service department. My advisor Nick Cardwell is always prompt, courteous and gets things done. We all dread when you have to take a vehicle in for service but he makes it much less painless! I’ve enjoyed owning my Ford F150 and I appreciate the above and beyond service this dealership has given me.

We went in to check on a car we had seen advertised and met Frank (THE BEST!) he was patient with us, listened to exactly what we needed and we left with far better a truck than we thought we’d be buying at our price range! I don’t normally leave long reviews but I felt like this Ford dealership very much earned it. When it comes to taking care of my vehicle I always will take it to the place I trust most. This was my first time taking a vehicle to get service done at Ken Garff American Fork Ford. I didn’t have many options other dealers were booked out at least a week. I had a trip planned and needed my truck looked at and fixed asap! I called KGAF Ford on Saturday and was able to get an appointment on Monday at 2pm. My service advisor Spencer was very helpful and understood my concern of needing my truck no later than Wednesday evening. He called at 5:30 the Monday I took it in and said they found the issue had the parts in stock and we’re going to get it done Wednesday. I was extremely relieved! I was even more relieved when Spencer called at 1:30 on Tuesday letting me know the truck was all finished and ready for pick up. I was extremely happy with the service I received from this dealership! Spencer was an awesome service advisor! I’m very big on customer service and feeling like myself and my truck are being taken care of. Especially in-trusting anyone with my vehicle I worked hard for to purchase. Thank you again Spencer! Been taking my truck here for service and parts for years now. I really enjoyed the sales staff. The young man Tyler that I worked with on a purchase of a new truck was awesome all the way through the whole deal very helpful and knowledgeable no pressure great to work with. The finance coordinator is one of the best I've worked with In getting a new vehicle. Gave me great honest value for my trade in. Ken Garff always has a great selection to offer whatever you need. Spencer helped turn a difficult situation around. I called to get a new admin key for my Ford Fiesta. An appointment was scheduled and my key was said to have been ordered. I showed up a week later for my appointment and was told they may not get me in and my key was not there as I was previously told.

I was then told that I would receive a call when that key came in the following Tuesday. No callback was made, so I called and requested a supervisor. Unfortunately, no supervisors called back either. Needless to say, I was very frustrated.

I finally spoke with a kind lady that made sure the key was there and she spoke with Spencer and confirmed I could arrive the following day and they would get me in. Spencer apologized for everything we had been through, made sure the tech fit me in right away, and had me out the door in timely manner. If it weren't for Spencer, this would have been a 1 star. He saved me as a customer!

My service rep was Goose, he was very helpful and straight to the point. I love that Ken Garff doesn't try to push other services on you when you bring in your car. Also, they sent me a text during my service that had a video from the technician showing me what they inspected during the service. Very nice touch.

Goose helped me get a recall resolved for my 2021 Expedition, a task that has taken many months and visits to accomplish. In addition he was able to explain clearly to me what my several maintenance agreements cover and mean so I understand what is covered clearly and take the best care of my vehicle. This information is invaluable to an owner, and Goose made it easy to understand. Thank you for having Goose as part of the Ken Garff team. I will be back for my vehicle needs.

I was really impressed with the service we received. Our car needed a new transmission and they worked with our warranty company to get it done quickly. They picked up and delivered our car back to us and it was so helpful!
