Sheila is an awesome person from Clarins cosmetics counter at Macy's! One of the best customer service experiences I always have with her! Whenever I visit, she makes me feel I'm the only customer there, however busy she is. How great is that!!
I've purchased from her many products of various brands (Lancome, Estee Lauder, and Clinique) . She has always given many samples to try from Clarins. Thank You so so much Sheila!
She is highly professional and very polite. When I'm there, I always notice that she treats all the customers with respect and gives full attention needed.
She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain any questions about any Macy's cosmetics products.
She positively helped me change my outlook about the whole appearance (skincare, make up , and cosmetics). She is very kind, patient, and friendly.
I'm very glad to meet and know her. She works at Macy's (with Furniture Gallery), which used to be an old Hecht's store. If you are planning to purchase any cosmetics at Macys, you should go and visit her in the Fairoaks mall. She is absolutely amazing!

Always my favorite store

Beautiful furniture gallery located upstairs along with housewares and the Backstage section. The lower level has men's and women's clothing along with fragrances and jewelry. Nicely laid out and the staff is amazing.

The delivery guys were great, Santiago and the other gentlemen were fantastic!

Good variety of furniture and prices are reasonable.
