Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff were beyond just friendly, they made sure I felt like I was at home and are all awesome. Breakfast was great too, they make sure to provide a rotation so it doesn’t get boring. Bar is 10/10 and the room was super clean too. If you need any help, they’ll always go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Special shoutout to Dwayne and Jay- awesome people. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Clean hotel and very spacious. We had a two bedroom suite. We had so much room. We also loved the full kitchen. We also loved that we had a coffee maker. We made our own coffee because the coffee here is kinda weak. We enjoyed the big TV in the living room area. We also loved the full refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast is pretty good. Our favorite item is the potatoes. The hotel is close to DC so it is an easy drive with tolls. We found an absolutely amazing hike 20 minutes from the hotel called The Billy Goat Trail. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and it was so quiet! It was so nice getting peaceful rest. Ms. Wanda is the general manager here and she wants to make sure everyone is happy.

Room was clean and cozy with a full kitchen, windows that actually open, and a shower with nice water pressure. It felt like a studio apartment! There was an event where the fire alarm went off falsely for a couple hours in the middle of the night the first night of our stay, but the staff responded quickly and were very accommodating, offering earplugs, refreshments, etc. At check out the head manager offered 10,000 bonus points to me for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a lovely experience, affordable, with kind staff at any point of the day (or night!). I will be keeping them on my radar for future stays in the area.

Stayed there for about a week with my family. We had a room that had a kitchen, living room area, 2 separate sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable stay. Free parking. Washing machines and Dryer on the hotel were fair price. Breakfast was good. Coffee could be a little stronger and some more seating in the breakfast area would be nice. We did not use the nearby metro. We drove to and from DC during the week and did not encounter much traffic.

We stayed at this Hyatt with a hockey team for a local tournament. The location was great, the hotel was clean, modern and the staff was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful. I do have to make a special shout out to the manager Wanda who went above and beyond. She is an excellent asset to this hotel. She is a positive person and even came in on her day off to check in on everything. We will definitely stay here again!

It's not the most glamorous of Hyatt House locations but it's in a good location, the staff are above and beyond and the people who stay at this property are among the most polite and courteous fellow hotel patrons I've ever witnessed in what's now called "The New North".

While the furniture and carpet and tile are definitely reminiscent of the early 2000s, the staff have managed to keep it so clean you could possibly be convinced you went back in time.

Parking can get tight on sold out weekends but other than that, not a single negative about this property.

We were delighted to be able to stay here for a week in March. It was an amazing experience.
The staff here went above and beyond with every interaction I had with them.
We had a 2-bedroom suite that also had a kitchen and livingroom. It was perfect, especially since we stayed for a week. It gave everyone the space to spread out.
We did take advantage of their shuttle service to the metro. They were extremely accommodating for pickup/drop off. It made getting down to the Smithsonian so simple. There were trains leaving about every 10 minutes or so. We also visited the Air and Space Museum at Dulles and that was amazing. Quick drive from the hotel and well worth the visit.
We player basketball on the basketball court as well. They have balls at the front desk, so no need to bring your own.
We also have some allergies in our family and they very conveniently provide a gluten-free list at breakfast.
It truly is the staff that makes this place so special. They welcome you in and are just so friendly.

Really nice hotel with very courteous and polite staff. We were very comfortable in our room, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. Will use them when back in Reston.

The place was fantastic for what we needed. The service was absolutely amazing! The rooms were great and spacious for our family of 4. The General Manager here is super friendly and hospitable.

Very happy with the hotel stay. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was really good. Staff were really nice towards us. We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend this place if you are in this area and looking for a hotel to stay in.

Service here is amazing. All of the staff is wonderful especially Wanda! Food is great, bar is great, rooms are solid, 100% will be coming here again!

Allison was great at making our stay a very memorable one and checked us out with ease. She made sure our reservation was ready after our long drive. Suzana provided a speedy check in. Sean and Alex made sure to answer our questions before and during our stay. A home away from home. Our 2 bedroom suite was very comfy, spacious, clean had all the dishes utensils and fridge space needed. All the TVs were working properly. It was great to come back to our apartment after a long day of touring the DC area and Old Town. The property is very dog friendly. Breakfast was great and abundant. The pool was open during our stay but it was raining so didn’t use. Excellent stay overall! Will return. Thank you Hyatt Herndon team for a wonderful stay! Keep up the excellent work!

the breakfast here is really good, really well prepared and looks better than the 5 stars hotels. Good kitchen staff. The place is hands down really good value for your buck. Feels safe!

I was so pleased with my stay. The cleaning staff at this location is exceptional and they made my stay very comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Yolanda, who made sure I had clean towels and sheets for me whenever I requested it. 10/10, please stay here if you plan on staying in Herndon. The location is also great, target and many other food places very close by.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt House in Reston. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The food was really good too. The room was very comfortable and lovely. A nice large space if you are planning to stay for a long period of time.
