Prices are a little bit high compared to Walmart in Mount Prospect ILL but while paying less taxes is just the same.
You can find almost everything in this store.

Omar, who handled my returns, left a lasting positive impression from a previous encounter in the summer. His consistently upbeat demeanor, quick service, and professionalism made my experience truly enjoyable. Encountering him again reinforced my positive perception. Not only did he make my returns hassle-free, but his approach also led to additional purchases, a definite win for Target.

This Target is usually well-stocked, clean, and organized. I like the selection of products here. I can usually find what I'm looking for here without asking for assistance. In my opinion, they have a pretty decent pet supply section, as well as a good selection of bathroom accessories in that section. The large parking lot serves only this store and there are always spaces available. You can conveniently access this location from Sunrise Valley Dr. and Rt. 286 (Fairfax County Dvwy.).

I had to return two large items, I purchased online. The whole process was very easy. The employee at the return desk was nice and helpful. Overall, the store is always clean and they have a great selection of items. Definitely suggesting this Target to anyone who live near by.

Target has there return process ever changing for success. Being able to start a return while you in line packs a punch in the wait time. My process was less then a min for the return no more then three for the entire process.

I can't get enough of them..Target is my favorite go to store..tons of stuff for one of the best prices.. awesome staff and customer service.. you cant best their bulls eyeground products..
Great place for all your needs. Opens up till 11 pm. I visited this target so frequently like 5 out of 7 days for one thing or the other !!

My shopping experience was great. Customer service was amazing and the check out clerk was professional and kind.

I and wife were here to get some necessaries. Helpful staff and not too busy but enough. Well lit and much important layout inside

I ordered on line and Target had my items ready quickly and accurately. It was a great experience.

I had such an amazing experience at this store that I had to leave a review. I came in early Sunday morning to do some shopping. I bought a lot of items and was so worried that the cashier would not have the patience at checkout for all of the items I purchased, but luckily that was not the case. My cashier was Jack and he was just amazing. He was so organized, he packaged my items for me based on different categories. This truly made things easier for me. He was also very patient. I am so grateful for his help.

Best Target in the area, cleanest, best service, inventory. For example, I needed something being offered for a promotional event nationwide at all targets and the Targets in Sterling didn’t have the item or even know of it, trying to divert me with excuses that it had sold out yesterday or wasn’t coming out until a month later (both were untrue because the promotion started that day and was ending by the time the other said they’d get it). If you have issues with other targets or are wondering which one to go to in the area it’s definitely this one.

My experience for returning bath rugs and a shower curtain was very pleasant. The associate was very nice and it was a quick and easy transaction.

Target is usually my go to store.
This particular one(closest one to me) is always very clean and organized. Their stuff is cute and just the right price for me.

Usually, I can find everything I'm looking for. This time, there were no luggage straps to be found. But I was given location advice by a very helpful employee on the floor--he looked up the items on his phone and I was able to find one exactly where he told me to look. At the cashier (always use a person), the previous customer was buying a gift card. Handing it over, the cashier gently mentioned how a loved one would be happy to receive it, and the customer told him it was for a grandchild. Then he told us that they ask since there have been occasions of people buying hundreds of dollars worth of cards for dubious reasons, and the questioning has enabled the cashier to prevent fraud on behalf of the customer, usually elderly. I am very happy Target does this and this particular cashier was very good at it. Thank you for caring for your customers.

Can’t think of anything negative to say except I always buy more than I intend...this particular store is well stocked with higher quality clothing and home goods compared to almost every other Target store I have been to; the variety is better as is the amount of different products to choose from. Customer service is great, everyone has always been friendly when they check me out and always get someone to help me with my cart (since I am usually carrying my infant daughter). Clean, spacious, and lots of items on clearance if you have time to look through the racks...definitely 5 stars!
