Fair Oaks Mall

This is a well maintained, clean, functional mall.
I visited the area for a conference (stated in the Marriott acres the street from the mall), and I had two opportunities to walk over and visit the mall. Overall, I was impressed. The map was a great place to walk, I felt completely safe, it was clean and well-maintained, and it had a variety of stores and shops. I can't speak to the quality of the shops, or their cost, as I only used the mask for a 20-minute evening walk, but I did like the mall overall.

The mall is quite spacious with lots of vendors. Its a good place for family. It has many places for children to play and a santa special during Christmas season (the children will definitely love to take some photos there) There’s several food places with quite a range of food you can try.

This is my 80’s hangout. Along with Manassas Mall, these were the hot spots. This was before Potomac Mills and Tyson’s corner. So here is a little drab about Fair Oaks Mall review.

I would like to see more fast food places in the mall. Get rid of Taco Bell, Panda Express and that Hamburger place next to Panda Express. Put a Chick-Fill-A or Olive Garden something??. This would bring more people to the mall and I would definitely be there.!!! Virginia's fast food prices are to expensive for the small portions that you serve.!!! I love this mall cause you have a lot of store's to shop at.

Great mall. You can feel the vibe of the old good time. Clean and good place to chill or shopping. Good range of shops and places to eat. It's one of my best malls in Virginia 🤩👍🏻🫶🏻

20231120 Mall is still pretty empty and quiet but it's Monday morning. Stopped here to return something and noticed Christmas Santa with photo is already set up. Pretty nice. Walked by some new stores!

I absolutely love this mall! I've been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s! So everything is very nostalgic for me! I just love all the options they offer and while it's big, it's still easy to navigate and a comfortable distance between shops! I will always come here!! It is literally my most favorite mall!! Even if you're not intending to shop, it's a very relaxed environment!

It's always clean and the furniture pieces are always well maintained. ❤❤❤

Love this mall! Clean, plenty of parking, the food was great and the overall feel is very nice. Haven't been to a mall in forever, and came by fair oaks by accident, but definitely glad I did. Lots of people with families and plenty of stuff to do.

Thumbs up to the management on a job constantly well done. The janitorial staff are on top of their job, constantly wiping the handrails down, bathrooms very clean and well stocked supplies of napkins and hand soaps.

Whenever I’m in VA during the weekday. I stop in from time to time to do a bit of shopping. This is a beautiful and large mall with a great variety of stores. Just as with most large malls(due to COVID-19)some shops have closed in the mall. The people traffic is sparse as well. This a lovely place to shop and the parking lot is easy to navigate.

A very nice mall with plenty of shops and space for all to hang out, ship, done and get a change of pace. Honestly one of the better malls around the area and parking is not awful. Lots of food options and great ships for pretty much everything. The coffee action could use a boost but the mall is just great

I love this mall it feels like home. They say that this mall is going to get destroyed. It should never ever get destroyed it's a mall that has a lot of opportunities. Instead of building a stupid mosaic district. This all will be mine some day!!

Finally a great medical uniforms store in the area. Scrubs Boutique and More is a inclusive store with all sizes and many colors!

Still an awesome Mall to come to. Lots of modern stores with a great selection and variety. We arrived mid day on a Monday and the Mall still had a good crowd. Nice to see this mall doing to well!

Excellent! My wife came here for the (historic) H&M clearance; women's dresses and shirts under $10 and $15. New York & Company going out of business sale, everything must go! One side of the mall is being renovated, it is on the other side of the mall entrance near Lord & Taylor and the parking garage near Lord & Taylor.

I'm sorry but I just really love this mall I feel like it is spacious I feel like I have room to breathe and Shop not bumping into anybody. A lot of the stores fit my budget. Plenty places to eat and choose from.

Really nice mall some stores have 3 stories not all tho and reccommended for those who want to show their little ones new places or if you are new or traveling to the area

Went to checkout the carnival. Small, but well lit. The folks running the carnival appeared to take really good care of their rides!
