Saint Bede Catholic Church

This review speaks to their Parrish Hall venue and less about the church itself. A great place to hold your event with personal or corporate. The venue is spacious with enough room to hold a guest count of probably 200 comfortably. The views of the surrounding property are great, especially for a wedding. As a whole, the building is directly attached to the church and makes sense if you are planning to combine your wedding ceremony or baptismal with a reception or celebration event afterward. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Was I dreaming or did I just attend a packed Mass at a very active Catholic Church with a huge staff?? It was a pleasure to encounter something so out of the ordinary and a breath of fresh air for the Catholic faith, which in so many areas of the country is dying. What a beautiful opportunity to see so many faithful Catholics worshiping the Lord, to listen to such an insightful and orthodox homily, packed with solid and practical teaching, that leaves you pondering and inspired - not just at the Sunday Mass but also the daily Mass. It was inspiring for my wife and me to be a fly on the wall in your community even for just a few days. May God bless you and may the great work He has begun be brought to completion.

A truly beautiful Catholic community with inspiring priests and deacons! The music is really professional, Confession was very healing, the people are friendly and welcoming. The church building is absolutely beautiful also. An added treat was Adoration on Monday and Friday after Mass 💕

Father Ayers gave a wonderful mass that really spoke to me. I am visiting from out of town. I will say if I ever find myself moving to the area this would be one of the most important factors.

Very welcoming church. My parents belong and I visit every time I am in Virginia. It has changed recently with the passing of their phenomenal Monsignor. It is very sad that he is gone too early.

I went to a memorial, and it was one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been to

We attended a wedding for our niece at this church. It is an absolutely beautiful campus from beginning to end. The entrance to the property is like entering a well groomed park. The parking lot is enormous and appears to have been recently resurfaced and painted. I do not believe that we have ever been in a circular church sanctuary and found it fascinating. The organ is beautiful with pipes above the organist and horns above the entrance. We are not Catholic so it was nice that the service was scripted on paper and verbally so those of us who didn't know what was going on and how to proceed could understand. This made us feel less as spectators and more like welcomed guests which I appreciate, applaud and thank them for their efforts.

Stunning architecture and grounds! St. Bede's is a peaceful, welcoming community of Catholic believers. Mass was a blessing for us weary travelers. We were told that the nearly circular seating for worshippers could hold 1500! Truly a wonderful place to come and pray.
