Love this place - there is a small sidewalk surrounding the play area with exercise equipment along it for the adults; a decent amount of field space, a basketball court, and covered picnic tables ^.^ **there is only a portable bathroom unfortunately which can be a downside with smaller kids.

My younger boys love this park the most out of all of the local parks here in Williamsburg. I enjoy the fact that there is also workout equipment for adults to use that surrounds the play area while the kiddos play and you can keep I clear eye out for them while working out. Basketball court, covered public picnic shelter with tables and baseball fields, its never overly crowded just the right amount of folks each time we go!

My 5 year old and I visited this park on a recent outing to Williamsburg. It was wonderful! He loved the variety of play equipment and the space to run. The playground offered plenty of shade and seating for adults. We love Kidsburg but this playground is an excellent, less-busy alternative.

Great facility for softball.

Dugouts are HUGE, covered, and really nice. The fields offer great views.

No real hangout spots, no concessions, and good bathrooms.

Fun park! There is plenty of room and things for the kids to do. Very well maintained. The only complaint is there is no bathroom. There is a port a potty but that's just gross.

The park has a covered picnic area with tables. The playground is nice with foam type spongy pressed mulch? The zip line is popular. Their are individual weight exercise stations surrounding the outer edge of the park. Their is a basketball court. No public restrooms except a port a potty. The park has tennis courts and numerous ball fields. Their is a charging station for vehicles. Their is plenty of parking. I have seen people walk their dogs, however their is not a fenced in dog park. Veterans park has a new one that is real nice. Open sun up to sun down.

Lovely park- the zip line is awesome. Perfect size- I can keep on eye on all four of my kids without running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Great playground equipment!

Kids loved the park! Kept them occupied for about and hour with no problem. I tried the zip line, it was actually pretty fun!

We came to spend this weekend at Busch Gardens for my son's birthday, and to be honest my 3 kids had way more fun at this little playground than at Busch Gardens. To think that we came all the way from NC excited with the big park and they ended up loving this playground instead, lol. It was really fun, they have areas for toddlers and for older kids, up to 12 years old. There were a lot of super friendly kids and my children made instant friends with all of them. If you are looking for Covid friendly places this is not the place for you though. No social distancing and most people were not wearing masks. But the kids had a blast. We will probably stop by tomorrow again before we leave town.

We were visiting from up north and my grandkids were bored. This park was closest to our hotel. Its great. Pleasant play area. Kids played well and the parents were all attentive to their kids. This is a great place.

Great, safe place for very young to pre-teen kids while parents can relax in a shaded pavillion or use the various workout equipment scattered around the park. Includes basketball and tennis facilities as well as a small (great for kids) zipline

This was a great park to let kids burn some energy before a long trip. It has all the things…zip lines, swing, slide. Good for young and older kids.

Fantastic, newly renovated & really amazing park for kids & adults! What a nice park. It is clean large and all of the equipment is new and maintained very well. The kids and grownups loved this park bc of all the wonderful equipment (including a zip line with run off board). We haven’t had this much fun at a park in awhile.

Great playground! I like how there's a ton of stuff, but also clean. The ground is not hard for when my 1 year old falls too. There's a great hill nearby for rolling down and a Zipline, as well as a basketball court! And one of those sweet swings you can sit in with your baby. So sweet!

The latest upgrades to this park are really nice for the young kids; the ground surface is really soft and or padded and there are some labels stating the age range recommended for children for the different things in the play area. Took my youngest daughter here for the first time and she enjoyed it. My oldest daughter used to come here for years and I used to come here too when I was younger living with my parents. Definitely a staple in the community.

Beautiful area and safe feeling as the only area that has no fence is at the parking area.
The issues are the grass is thorn infested so it's not a picnic area nor a place to run without shoes.
Easy spot to keep an eye on the kids and pets without worries for safety. Restrooms are available and the playground is medium sized and there is some adult exercise equipment bordering the playground.

Beautiful little park with a lot of inclusive swings. They even have a swing so you can swing with your toddler at the same time while holding them safely. This is great because as a toddler mom sometimes you want to swing too instead of pushing them all the time! :) little slides for the young ones and big twisty slides for the older kids. Also a lot of rock climbing activities even a short slanted climbing wall for the young kids. They also have a lot of areas that spin here too! Great for older and younger kids. 👍 even has a basketball court.
