The North Face Williamsburg Premium Outlets

We enjoyed visiting this spacious store today, and I liked much of what it had to offer. I found a water resistant gym bag that doubles as a backpack, so I purchased it along with another item on Tax Free Weekend and took advantage of various discounts. Thankfully, I also received an additional discount here after showing my ID with veteran status. Thanks to The North Face!

I always buy popcorn when I come here! They have unique popcorn flavors like seasonal caramel apple, birthday cake, and Snickers. Also, I visit the tool store, which feels like an amusement park for guys.

The prices were super affordable! Both of my friends ended up finding jackets for their babies that were under $25! This particular outlet is organized very nicely and is spaced out well. We have always loved the North Face brand and they never disappoint with quality.

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at The North Face store located in the Williamsburg outlet mall. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this store was exceptional. Not only was it clean and well-organized, but the staff members were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Keron, who immediately made me feel welcome. He asked what brought me in and offered his assistance for anything I needed. It was evident that he genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. As I explored the store, I noticed other staff members actively assisting customers, further exemplifying the outstanding service culture at this establishment.

What impressed me the most was Keron's exceptional knowledge and dedication. I approached him with a question about a specific item, and without hesitation, he knew exactly where to find it. This demonstrated his expertise and familiarity with the store's inventory, which greatly contributed to my positive experience.

When I proceeded to the checkout counter, I was pleasantly surprised to find Keron multitasking effortlessly. Not only was he efficiently processing transactions, but he was also assisting new staff members in learning the checkout machines. It was remarkable to witness his dedication to both his job and the growth of his colleagues. Keron's ability to be in multiple places at once truly amazed me.

Based on my interaction with Keron, I strongly believe he deserves recognition and appreciation from his superiors. His outstanding work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond for customers make him a true asset to The North Face store. I genuinely hope that his dedication is acknowledged, perhaps even through a well-deserved pay raise.

Malik is amazing. He was so kind and helpful. I went in last month looking for something very specific but couldn’t remember the style name. He helped me narrow it down based on texture, fit, hood/no hood, etc. As someone who has worked in retail, I could recognize that he was juggling multiple customers at once and doing it with no sweat. Ended up with my Apex jacket and a great deal!

I have shopped at this location a lot over the years and it always has what I am looking for. The staff is very helpful and always greets us when we walk in. I picked up a few items and I'm really satisfied with the price and quality of the products.

I had such a great experience at the store in Williamsburg. I was looking for a coat for myself and ended up getting jackets hats and gloves for the whole family! Robin went out of her way to find just what I needed and was very patient with my indecisiveness. The kids and wife love everything. 5stars I will be back. Thanks guys!
