Reel Native Inshore Fishing Charters

Went in to check out the bait and little trinkets for the kids and got to see old pictures of ceder key. The older gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and gave my wife and I some fishing tips about fishing off the bridge next door. He was very polite and friendly. Prices were really good and again the older gentleman was really funny and made the experience amazing. I am going back later today to buy bait because of him.

A true hidden gem in Cedar Key! New owners and completely redone! If you're fishing the pier, it's the place to get your bait!

The inside has been completely redone and it is full of fishing gear, bait, fishing shirts and local artist items! Plus LIVE SHRIMP! They have ice, and anything else you could need for fishing!

It is located next to Duncans on the Gulf and right next to the pier. If you are fishing the pier or Cedar Key, this is a great place to get your bait and gear. They have a fantastic selection of frozen baits also, Blue Crab, Mullet, herrings, Pilchard, squid, sand fleas and much more!

I love the vibe there and the staff (Rick and Amber) are the best. Amber even makes some of the artistic items in the store!

If you are visiting or fishing Cedar Key you have to stop by this store!

I went on a fishing charter with one of the Rusty Hook recommended charters (In The Slot) and we needed bait half way through our trip. The captain drove to the back side of the bait shop and gentlemen threw us the bait from the back balcony. Pretty awesome experience. If you are on a boat and need bait, just call up the bait shop and they will meet you out back. The shop also has all the tackle and clothing you need inside to hit the fish and stay protected from the sun. Stop on in and support a local business in beautiful Cedar Key, FL.

What a great tackle and bait shop right on the pier-side of Cedar Key! The owner was knowledgeable and helpful with the bait and what is running and legal to catch and keep. .We will definitely return there for bait and it is open on Sunday too! Here’s to great catches!

Great little shop, with every thing you need from fishing gear to small handmade gifts. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable about Cedar Key. He and his wife renovated the inside since e were here last and we look forward to our next trip to CK so we can come back here.

Such an amazing couple. Friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were in a tricky situation with tomorrow being a holiday, they were able to work it out for us so we could keep fishing! When we visit again they will get our business for sure!

Great little bait and tackle shop next to the pier. The guy was very nice and helpful. They did not have any live bait at the time we went in so that’s a bummer. We bought frozen bait.
