The elevator makes Natures landing ideal for us as I bring my elderly mom and her sister. Love the layout with twin beds in the second bedroom. Love Cedar Key, although the weather wasn't quite warm enough for us this visit!

We've been staying here for years our condo 202B has been our home away from home. Pam & JD has been great in checking us in and answering questions when we first came here but now we feel like a local. I've always felt safe walking around at night and letting our grandkids walk from the dock to the park. We have been coming here for 10 years and our teenage 16 loves it.

We have been staying at Natures Landing for over 6+ years for Memorial Day Weekend with our family. This year we added some family along with the trip and they booked their first room with them. Once arriving they were mortified to realize that there was a mix up on both ends that resulted in no reservation on file. Being that it was Memorial Day they had no other available units and pretty much the entire island is booked up - Tina at the front desk went ABOVE and BEYOND to make the situation right. She ended up finding a place for them to stay only two blocks away - gave them a golf cart to use the entire weekend to get back and forth and gave them access to our pool and other amenities!!! This is why we are repeat customers with this place - its top notch!!

Es was mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft auf diesem Trip. Cedar Key muss man mögen also Angler sein oder Ruhe suchen. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste mal.

We spent three nights at the Nature’s Landing Condo during the Cedar Key Seafood Festival. The condo we rented was a very nice size, the kitchen was very well stocked for all our cooking needs, and the water pressure in the showers was pleasantly strong. It’s always appreciated when a rental says they sleep 5-6 and they have seating in the living room and dining room for that number. Though it was a busy weekend, it was enjoyably quiet at the condo. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
However, I do feel the need to share some of their lesser qualities; some that can be easily remedied and some, well, not so much. The first and worst was the horrendous smell of rotten eggs when the water facet was turned on. By the third day, either we had gotten used to it or the smell had dissipated. We made a quick trip to the store for bottled water!
On the list of things that can easily be fixed/upgraded; 1) cheap one ply toilet paper never gives the impression of luxury, 2) kitchen faucet leaked and management wasn’t interested, 3) the VCR smoked at first but when it warmed up and quit smoking we realized the remote had dead batteries, 4) the mattress for the pull-out sofa was unusually flimsy, 5) the cleaning could have had a little more attention paid to it – the two extra chairs for the dining room table had sticky arm rests, the patio furniture was filthy (the office was called and the furniture was cleaned), and the large living room windows looking out to the water were very dirty. People rent waterfront condos to enjoy the view (through clean windows).
On the list of more difficult fixes; 1) the waterfront view was of the marsh, not the Gulf, and there was no view of either the sunrise or sunset (big negative for me), 2) the hall bathroom had a microscopic shower, and 3) the parking under the condos was VERY narrow and tight, though there was parking available out front in the sun.
Not my first or even second choice of condos on the island. I’ll make sure that I never procrastinate on booking my rental each year, so that we can get the condo we really enjoy, where management shows that they care, rooms are always spotless, and the sunsets each night are magnificent.

Very disappointed. First night, no AC, so Tina did put us in a different unit, but then the next day we had to move again. The unit B302 was substandard. The carpet was filthy. We are still trying to find a comfortable place to sit in the condo. The wicker furniture on the deck flimsy cushions inside & out. The bed is very uncomfortable. The linens & towels mostly cheap. The water pressure in the shower about the best thing in the unit.
Kitchen utensils are adequate. The stove top was crusted with dirt that my husband easily with a little elbow grease cleaned right up. If I was an owner I’d be appalled at the cleaning no service. The oven was nasty. Not cleaned in a while. The kitchen cupboards were falling off hinges.
The marsh front windows had not been clean in some time. Overall unit was unclean.
Saturday we reported no WiFi internet connection service. Reported it through Monday & kept hearing flimsy excuses. Still no connection.
The deck furniture is in disrepair.
The pool was clean but the hot tub had a scum on the surface.
The other unit A301 we got to stay in one night was lovely, clean & great pillows & comfortable bed.
We won’t return.
