This was our first time in Cedar Key and we fell in love with the town and this vacation home! It's just as described-clean, comfortable and in a perfect location too. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats from the balconies-such a peaceful few days.

We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet at night- just how we like it. Check in was easy and straightforward.

Questions were quickly answered. We received helpful tips and ideas via email and text- which we greatly appreciated.
They are a fantastic and responsive property management company!

The home is well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The king bed was very firm and the queen bed a bit plusher- bed comfort is critical and we slept well. We definitely plan on coming back and highly recommend this perfect treasure!

The owners and staff have been very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. Our calls & emails are answered right away. Guests comment on the positive communication. We are thankful that they are caring for our property and guests. The maintenance and housekeeping staff have been great. We are able to view calendar and make owner stay reservations easily and address any concerns. We are glad to partner with the

We stayed at Bikini Bottoms the week of Thanksgiving 2023. Initially it was my spouse and I but we were joined by her parents and brother. This was our 4th Thanksgiving spend on Cedar Key but our first time at this particular home.
The home was awesome. It had three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor and have walkout balconies. The rear of the house faces a bay with the open Gulf in the distance. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We could also see and hear the Mullet fish jumping out of the water along with an assortment of birds.
The house is next to the Cedar Key airport. You'll be able to hear the small Cesna type planes take off and land, but mostly during the daylight hours. There are only a handful of houses on the road, so traffic is not an issue.
The home is well appointed with kitchen items, towels and bedding. Plus all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, along with the light switches are all labeled. All of the bedrooms have tv's. The home is also pet friendly.
I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a quite, relaxing home in Ceder Key.
Also, McCorkmick Management was very responsive with their communication with us.
Hopefully this home will be available next Thanksgiving !!

From hundred year old homes on First Street to beautiful three story condos looking over the Gulf of Mexico. With plenty of shops, restaurants, and great views, Cedar Key and McCormick are sure to have the vacation rental to suit your coastal dreams.

Our first time in Cedar Key Easter Weekend was made even more wonderful with Sea Foam Cottage rental. The house was spotless when we walked in, and the decor was spectacular!
I rented this particular property because of the privacy fenced backyard for my dog.
I parked my car Thursday afternoon when we arrived, and did not get back in until Sunday morning when we left as the house is on a quiet street right in town! Everything was in walking distance. We rented a golf cart which my dog totally loved!
We live 3 hours away from Cedar Key, and we definitely will be back!

Love this place. Great view, wonderful accommodations. They had everything we needed and everyone very friendly!

As a property owner in Cedar Key, I am happy to say that I am thrilled with the job that Adam and Katie are doing with the management of our property. The attention to detail they give our home is very pleasing, and renters seem to be very happy with the customer service provided.

They expanded the market by adding our listing to Air B&B, at no extra charge to us, and they took beautiful professional pictures of our home, that really show the beauty of the home.

Updated for 2023 - This is still one of the best rental companies I have ever used. They are very responsive to their customers, reasonable, and best of all there were no extra ridiculous tacked on charges, like you find with some rentals now. Price, cleaning + tax, and that's it, unlike VRBO and others. I’ve used them 4 times so far and am very pleased, and will continue to return.

What a great property management company! Stayed at one of their properties over the weekend and they were a wealth of knowledge and so easy to get ahold of anytime I had a question. So easy to work with!!

We've rented with McCormick every year for family vacations, going on five years now. Every single visit had been amazing! No matter where we've stayed, the properties are clean and comfortable, have amenities we didn't even think of, and feel like a home away from home.

Pam, JD and their crew are not only professional but personable as well. They are always looking out for everyone's best interest. I have stayed in several houses represented by them and have always had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I've dealt with Pam for the past few years for our summer rental at Nature's Landing. She's always been a real pleasure to work with, highly responsive and just genuinely helpful. One day we hope to "retire" from western NC to Cedar Key and guess who our realtor will be?
