Wow! What a great place to stay!!! Exceeded my expectations. Owner and staff were very friendly. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They have literally thought of everything to make a guest welcome and comfortable. Room was very nice. Bed was comfy and the pillow was so good I woke up without pain in my neck for the first time in six months.
Walking distance to beach and town. Lots of spaces outside to sit and relax or on the porch Room was quiet and did not hear other guests. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend!

We have been to Cedar Key several times, staying at different parts in the area.

We arrived today to set up for a wedding, and we're absolutely blown away at what this bed-and-breakfast looks like.

Hidden lawn, beautiful, landscaping. Even had a small pond.

My wife immediately upon leaving started looking up when we could go vacation here. Seriously this location blows every other spot out of the water.

We also met the owner and the manager, super professional, and we could tell that they absolutely loved working here.

Super quiet, steps away from the water. I am hesitant to post this because in doing so I guarantee I will let the secret out of the bag. But if you are looking for a place to stay, this is your dream spot.

Unfortunately, I do not know if you could rent single rooms or multiple. I do know that we were facilitating a wedding, and the entire staff was as polite, professional, and friendly as possible.

EXCEPTIONAL in every way! Highly recommend. Our stay here was perfect. The room was super clean, with lots of attention to detail and decor. The bathroom and bedding appeared to be new. We stayed in the Honeymoon room, which had awesome location right by one of the exits and stepped out into the terrace. AC worked well. The property is beautiful - exactly as you see in the pictures. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with eggs, french toast, bread, coffee, variety of tea, juice and other continental type goodies in a homey setting. The attention and service from staff was exceptional, as well. As I said, it was perfection.

“Welcome Home!” And they meant it. This was a very welcoming group of ladies that partnered together to make a wonderful
Old house a temporary home for your stay. The grounds were well maintained, beautifully landscaped, hospitality driven and all around quiet and relaxing. There are beach cruisers to barrow and golf carts to rent. The breakfast feast was personalized and delicious. Coffee, teas, cereals, breakfast breads alongside a homemade hot meal. The island is quite small and you have to look for your adventure, but I would encourage a weekend trip just for the peace and tranquility of Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast.

My husband and I stayed in Jacks room. The spiral staircase was fun! We stayed two night’s celebrating our anniversary early. Fell in love with Cedar Key! The inn is beautifully maintained and adorably quaint. Walking distance to most of the sights/attractions. We stayed Monday & Tuesday purposely for peace & quiet. The inn staff and owner are amazing! I loved chatting with Alice (owner) about the inn and her love of Jesus! I felt the welcoming hug of Christ the moment we entered. We will certainly be back!! PS the sweet doggos are definitely a plus!

I'm reading over the reviews lowest first, thinking what could be wrong with this experience? Some people truly are just impossible to please because in my experience here, the staff was amazing. Super welcoming. I came for my birthday weekend. It was so nice. We had the entire place to ourselves and we could use the kitchen. Whatever we wanted. Home. We felt most definitely at home here. I thought I would pay this again and recommend to any friend.

Greetings fellow travelers.
I've stayed at many B&B's and most were just as you'd imagine. A quaint, cozy room. A homemade breakfast to enjoy with others staying at the inn. Cedar Key B&B had all of that and much, much more! We booked the room called Summer Kitchen which is right off the back porch. It was perfect for a long weekend with my wife. Checking in was simple just like our whole stay there. Nothing to worry about because Alice and her staff would handle it all with a smile. We had a small hiccup in our stay which they handled with ease. The mini-split in our room stopped working, so no heat or A/C this was on our first night. The next morning we informed Alcie of the issue and she assured us they would fix it right away, which, they tried to do. We went about our day after breakfast and told them we'd be on our boat most of the day. Alice called us midday and told us she has moved us to the Honeymoon room due to extensive cleaning of the ac unit was needed which would take time. When we returned from a nice day on the water our overnight bags and toiletries had been moved (which they asked permission to do). They apologized for the inconvenience which there wasn't, and our new room was bigger too. We absolutely love Cedar Key. We usually get an airB&B but with no kids this was so nice. We always rent a golf cart when on Cedar Key, and Alice has a couple to rent. We got one and cruised around hitting the shops and restaurants. Sunday it rained off and on but on the back porch was a rack of umbrellas to choose from. Breakfast was always different, eggs, yogurt, crepes all from the kitchen which Alice always says feel free to go in and grab what you need. It honestly felt like home away from home. Baked goods sitting out throughout the day to grab and go. Assorted teas and coffee always available. A beautifully manicured garden also. The property, the rooms, the food and the staff made you just feel comfortable.

Sept 2023 We had such an amazing stay! We got married in the courtyard of the B&B in their beautiful tropical garden surrounded by majestic century oaks, picture perfect!
The Clam Ambassador, Mr Bobbitt officiated our marriage alongside Ms.Tonya a gracious lovely lady.
Ms. Heather, Property Manager was outstanding from the beginning to the very last detail, she thought of everything and more! Catie and Amanda were so kind and gracious-Southern Hospitality at its Best!
Cedar Key is a magical and special place with some of the most genuine and beautiful people. The entire community is so welcoming and warm. Our stay was shortly after Hurricane Idalia, it was incredible to see the resiliency that the residents and businesses have, we enjoyed wonderful Seafood at several restaurants, the seafood markets are open and producing some of the best and freshest seafood in the world! Come visit Cedar Key and stay at the B&B for an absolutely delightful experience!

Great Bed and Breakfast in the beautiful and peaceful town of Cedar Key. The Inn is beautifully kept and clean. The service from the owner and all employees was excellent. Breakfast and dining room were also great, clean and well kept. The Inn cat was a plus too! Great garden and grounds. The Summer Kitchen room was really nice, clean and in great repair. Unfortunately, it is next to the kitchen and you will be awaken sometimes before 7am. Since the room is outside the seating area, people will congregate and you can hear all conversations throughout the day. Not a huge deal, but be aware if you are looking for a quiet room. Overall, highly recommended.

You know how RARE an exceptional experience is to be so genuinely welcomed and accommodated even with out of the ordinary prepared circumstance ... well, if you would like a relief from the emphasis on money earning, swift practicalities and move along now for whomever is NEXT...and your spirit yearns for a genuine welcome, real food and intelligent homey conversation in addition to the breezes by the sea, a magical huge tree's presence, a dear cozy room so clean but not smelling of disinfectant and the sense that this might be how Key West used to be (actually laid back and commu ity efforts evident to assist one another while still recovering from a ferocious hurricane a while back).

Yeah, that's a run on sentence but since I'm writing of a place without pretense the ease and 'OKness' fits just fine!

Our favorite Bed and Breakfast. Despite the one block walk to see the water, and the four-hour drive (could you move closer) ... we love it. The breakfast and service are off the charts. The rooms are great, Jack's is still our favorite. Lucille, our dog, isn't wild about the circular stairs, but it keeps her from running up and down.
Hats off to Alice and her exceptional team!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful B&B. Staff and esp the owner, were welcoming and attentive. Attention to detail and service was excellent. The grounds well taken care off, plenty of outdoor seating, working fire pit and just fun to be in. The views of the water, from the different parts of the property, stunning. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was good and strong. Fresh cookies, ability to use the kitchen when needed 24/7 and guest fridge for left overs or drinks, so appreciated. Room was impeccably clean and bed comfortable. Will certainly stay again when in Cedar Key. Alice. Keep fighting the Good fight.

WOW!! Exactly what we wanted and needed, a sweet B&B with a loving staff in a beautiful setting in a sleepy little old Florida community! This place met and exceeded all of our expectations! My sister stayed here in "Miss Ida's" room and told me we must come here. The B&B and their caring staff not only took care of us but took care of our old dog. He became part of the pack as did we. I have lived in Florida almost my entire life and this is what old Florida is about. Highly recommend and we will be back again. Thank you Alice, Heather, Kate, and Cindy!!

We LOVE Cedar Key B n B!! We spent 20 days being pampered, fed, and enjoyed every minute. Our dog had the run of the garden (mostly supervised of course) which was a gift. Did someone say she snagged a cookie (Juno was exerting peer pressure)? How could she resist? They are scrumptious and warm from the oven every day! This historic home is a delight from top to bottom.

I cannot rave enough about the service at this B&B! Its my parents Anniversary and I called to arrange something special for them day of, Heather mentioned they did not have a standard package to offer but asked what I was looking for; champagne/wine/fruit. I requested Miller Lite as my parents are strictly beer folks. Heather and Alice went to 3 different locations on the holiday weekend to find ML for us as many local places where sold out. She sent me pictures of the set up she arranged which far exceeded my expectations ML over ice with champagne fluts, 2 kinds of cheesecake, rose cut strawberries and more! I cant say enough about the true passion and enjoyment Heather and Alice had to make this extra special for their Anniversary! Thank you all so much!

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. The garden area is so peaceful, a half block from the water. The owner Alice is a complete joy. It's almost as though you are old friends with everyone that works there. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. We are going back in November. The dining room is wonderful, they make sure you get a great hot breakfast. They also serve cereal, and different breads as well. Unlimited coffee, tea, and cookies. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!
