My experience at luxury line was second to none!! I dealt directly with the owner which is always nice. He was very direct and to the point no games which is always nice and hard to find. His prices couldnt be beat they were better then fair market value! I would recommend them to friends and family, i will be a returning customer for sure!!! They lied to me sold me a car with a bad tranny, when I notice a small issue during my test drive jay the owner reassured me that it's a hybrid car and it's supposed to lag when accelerating. I brought the back the next day with paper work from the mechanic that explain the problem . They told me it's my car my problem. When just 24hrs before Told me to my face that they are a business and can't sell a bad car by law . And now refuse to even answer the phone . Scam don't do business unless you want to loose 3 thousand on a car that's had it's dash check engine lights cleared

Went Them In June Or July Of Last Year For A Tag And Title Transfer Because I Purchased A SUV! They Registered My Tag I Had From 2014 As A Temporary Tag And I Can't Even Renew My Registration Because Of It! The Title Transfer Wasn't Completed Ether! The DMV Told Me To Contact Them To Fix It! So I Called And Spoke To Someone 3 Times And They Said They'll Fix It! They Never Did And Now I Can't Get Through Or Leave A Message Due To A Full Mailbox! I Paid For A Service(Almost $700)That Wasn't Completed! Hope Someone Sees This And Responds To Make This Right!

Bought a car from this guy a year and half ago trying to make my final payments for the car to get the title owner doesn’t show any interest in returning my calls or have any interest in giving me my title these guys or no good no bueno.

I still cant get my title almost 2 years later
