It's always clean and organized. The have the best sales and clearance events!!! I love their home department and shoes.

Dave in the Wellington JC Penny was amazing. When he wasn’t busy, was straightening up. Told him I loved his attitude, he said he feels awkward standing around doing nothing-live it. Friendly, professional, excellent presentation. Now I need a 1 star for your survey site that I couldn’t access without entering email and passwords and credit card info. Hopefully this review gets to someone that matters!! Maybe Dave can get a promotion and give a class on customer service.

Good Prices Fall and Winter clothes so beautiful

Very memorable. I realized that I needed a dress belt for a meeting the next day and I got a great pair of black pants at a perfect price! The cashier was very, very nice. Also, I received a 30% discount!! Discounts make you smile with everything that's going on in the world today. Love you JC PENNEY!!

I went into the store yesterday I found a beautiful shirt on sale for a great price. I love how Sephora is in the store. What a great idea to have that. Everything I needed to buy was within steps of each other . Clerks were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back

I love Penney's. I went there to get some shoes for a wedding and it was a great experience. I had forgot how much of a great selection of clothes and other things they have. I enjoyed going through the different departments.

Very helpful and friendly salespeople.
I wanted a springform pan and wanted to order it to ship to the store for free shipping. A salesperson helped me and I am pleased she did. I also found
Pants and two tops on sale I left the store as women say "I accomplished".
My husband asked if I had a good time, i answered yes i spent money.

Friendly place with good customer service. As popularity goes for products, sometimes things are not available in your size or the color you want is sold out. That happens everywhere tho, but the employee did offer alternative which is good. There's a lot of stuff there as far as clothes, jewelry, and whatnot. I guess a card is good to have also for extra benefits and sales of course makes buying slightly more comfortable.

Except for the parking situation being a little crowded. I was able to get in and out relatively quick. The sales associate that assisted me in the jewelry department was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She identified the item I showed her from last week's sales add, boxed it up and I was on my way.

We went to get curtains, and they have good selection of curtains.

Found good deals on clearance. Finished my Christmas shopping this year from one store. WOW! Purchased 3 handbags for less than $40!
Love it when I can catch a sale on Liz Claiborne merchandise.

the store is inside the mall of Wellington Green. This is a small Mall comparatively. This pennys was having a major Sales Event so things were very crowded. I was looking for one specific item that I had bought here previously and regrettably it is no longer exist. When you can find a sales assistant they are very friendly and helpful.
Visited this store January 4th 2021 and it certainly has changed. Is like I was more in a warehouse rather than a retail store. I found something I wanted to purchase but the line was long and there was only one cashier. I looked around see if there were other check out for him but found none. I left without a purchase. I wonder if they're going to make it through this year.

A nice department. With many offer. I bought some things very nice. I think I bought a pair of earing for my daughter and a dresses too. Very cheap and their employees are so nice. The lady who take care of ours was so nice. God holly spirit is with her. I feel it. Thanks to JCPenney for employees like this.

I really love shopping at this store. They have a huge variety of stuff. Also the associates are super helpful, especially that lady Rekha and amber are really really wonderful. They will be ready to help you even if they are caught up with their work.

Very few JCPennys left. Mom needed a pair of pants. Good deals on everything. She bought a gray flowered purse and some white pants. Good quality clothes. They had some wild American flag coats. We tried it on for fun. I would go again.
