Absolutely wonderful experience of a facial that was given to me at Dillard’s Wellington Green Mall. I set an appointment, got a reminder and the day of my appointment I was ushered in an immaculate room. The esthetician/ representative by the name of Alena was exceptional. We discussed the issues with my skin and what I was expecting from the facial. My face/ skin was examined, and Alena spoke with such brevity, and I knew instantly I made the right decision to recharge my skin and to remove some impurities while being relaxed. After my facial was completed, I could see an instant glow to my skin and it felt so good. I strongly recommend speaking to an erudite team member at Dillard’s , try this additional service being offered and get the products that work best for your skin !! Doing that facial was a great disencumber, now I know what works best for my face/ skin!! Thank You Alena!!

This is a large store which is well kept, clean and in good repair. The associates are courteous, friendly, and professional. There is a large selection of any items you may need. The prices on most items are on board with other stores.

Me and my mom always come to Dillards when we need a perfume. For a couple of years now Steve is usually the one who helps us find what we need and he is very helpful, kind and knows his stuff. He always makes sure to show us what’s new and popular. He’s one of the reasons we keep going to Dillards to buy more.

Dillard's is situated in a very clean mall. It is not overcrowded and is spacious. The mall itself is a gem. Passing by some stores presents you with a delectable perfume. It makes you want to enter and buy the scent!

I purchased two fragrances from Dillard’s today. Brandon is the absolute best sales associate. We talked about different fragrances and he was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I never felt forced to buy anything, and was able to test lots of different stuff. He also gave me some samples to try. I will be back just to buy from him. A+ experience.

I walked into the store looking for prom dresses, and I asked the business manager Maria if she can direct me to the prom dresses and she did. And fortunately, without me even asking she started asking me what I like and what look am I going for. Throughout the entire time we were looking for dresses together she was very friendly, patient, and very accommodating. Because of her I was able to find a dress that was perfect for me! However, Maria didn't stop there and she helped me look for heels to match the dress that I picked out. And she also helped me find beautiful blue jewelry to match, Maria is a kind spirit which the world needs more of! She made shopping a fun and a breeze!! Best Selling Business Manager ever!!!

We visited Dillard’s at the Wellington Mall to purchase dress clothes needed for an upcoming conference. We walked into the men’s section and less than two hours later walked out with everything we needed. We purchased multiple pairs of slacks, a variety of dress shirts, belts and shoes. The customer service was top notch. If we couldn’t find it, they did. We will be using this Dillard’s for our future needs.

I love the quality of the clothing at Dillards. Want to recognize Randy Segal from the Men’s Department in Wellington who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make shopping wonderful , consistent experience. He is professional and very knowledgeable and always helps us no matter what. A true gem and Dillards is very lucky to have him. The best of the best👍🏻👍🏻

I have 3 sons and I have gone to Dillard’s for almost 6 years, every year, to get them suits, because their customer service is always superb! There is always a kind and knowledgeable employee in the men’s department ready and willing to help. (An employee by the name of Mukesh is always very helpful in assisting my sons to get fitted for their suits). Highly recommended Dillard’s at The Wellington Green Mall!

Wellington Green Mall location. I was shopping for a mother if the bride dress. The sales representative was extremely helpful & very pleasant. The overall experience in this Dillard’s is always very nice, shopping is peaceful & pleasant.

Amber was very helpful and the selection was great. Wish there was more clearance stuff in store. I purchased casual and work clothes, but they had plenty of active and formal wear if I was looking. My husband bought slacks and shoes and was also impressed with the service. Will come back!

Came in last week to get a Cologne, the staff and fragrance department was amazing. Followed by the cosmetics and picking up some thing nice for my gal. Everyone was friendly and outgoing amazing. From the management to the staff. I can’t complain. it was an overall awesome experience for me. I was just stopping through on my way north.

Whenever I go to Dillard's I have a wonderful experience because Cecilia (she is from Philippines )(Ladies Apparel, Bridge specialist) is always very friendly, she helps me find the size I need and gives me options on how to combine my clothes! Highly recommend!

Nowadays people want to sell you perfume in a hurry and don't take the time to allow you to chose, or have a good shopping experience
