Kristin Brooks is the best!!! She sold our house within 3 days of listing it. She advertised our home several weeks before we listed it as a “coming soon” property which drew a LOT of interest! She had buyers contacting her before it even listed. Our home was listed on a Thursday or Friday, she had an open house on Saturday and we had about 5 offers by Sunday night at asking price or above. She is open, honest, generous and definitely has a servant’s heart. She really just enjoys helping people. She does her homework and knows her stuff. If she makes recommendations, DO IT and it will benefit you!

Vance Oliver was the best real estate agent a person could ask for. He drove me literally all over North Georgia to find the house for me. He was so patient with me and my family. We looked at over 20 homes. He would send me suggestions on homes similar to the ones we looked at to ensure I had options. The closing process was super easy. I also sold the same home with Vance a few years later. He made sure we had several competitive offers on my home and a fast closing. This agent literally went over an hour and thirty out of his way to take pictures of my home. Easy closing the second time as well. Will be buying a new home in 2023 and am excited to make him my agent for a 3rd time.
