Old Navy

I really like this store! First of all,, the website is really easy to use and the site to store was fast! My wife placed an order and within a couple of hours the items were ready, which brought us to the store today! Love when it's ready to use and makes shopping fun! I wish more big box stores did this (looking at you Walmart!)
The store itself was very clean and organized. A lot of customers were in as well. The store seems very easy to navigate and it looked just like others I've been to in the country. I'm really big on unity when it comes to box stores. I don't need something different each time, I appreciate consistency, which is why you may or may not agree with my review!
The staff was super friendly and many of them were walking around and they engaged with the customers! They would ask if I needed help and they were talking to other customers and the csshiers were very friendly. Its very refreshing to see this!
The clothing selection was great. The store was in the midst of their summer sales and I love when stores don't push things out to make way for the next season too soon. Fall is months away, we don't need the clothes yet! The great thing is there are price checkers all over the store so it's easy to confirm the item's price before you checkout. Easy to find too, making it that much better!
My two big grievances: the men's clearance selection is very poor. A lot of XXL and larger, not much out for smaller sizes. I understand that it goes quickly, but the women's clearance is much more abundant and jammed pack with stuff, I wish we had more to choose from.
2. The dressing room is in the middle of the store and it is awkward. I say this because there are clothes everywhere and it does not fit with the clean environment the rest of the store sets up. It's like when you go to someone's house that is all neat and tidy because they shoved everything in the storage closet but forgot to shut the door and you can see the mess, just making it awkward. Not a deal breaker, just felt like mentioning it!
On the whole, I had a great experience at Old Navy and definitely plan on returning when fall season arrives! (Which is late August, not beginning of July!)

The quality of Old Navy's clothing is unmatched. I have pieces from Old Navy that I have had for YEARS as the quality hasn't changed. That's what keeps me returning. I used to consider Old Navy on the pricey side. I no longer feel that way, because their clothes LAST (far longer than the price I paid). Which means I don't have to shop very often.

I know before/during/after the holidays are always hard on retail workers. The cashiers had a great attitude and were very kind

I asked to check prices on clearance items she had no problem and she also stopped what she was doing to do so great customer experience

My wife and I came in today and had the best customer service experience while checking out with our cashier Jordynne. We actually went back into the store to ask her name so we could leave a great review for her. Honestly it was a great shopping experience with all the associates from beginning to end. We will definitely be back

Lady that assisted me at check out was very kind; I didn't feel pushed although was checking out right at closing. Was very detailed on explainimg my savings and discounts. Was able to find most items I needed.

Love Old Navy!! This store can be in disarray at times but today was pretty clean and organized. Always have a good sale and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

My favorite Old Navy location. Friendly, helpful, good parking, even a charging station for your phones. Can't wait for the Black Friday deals!

Brenda was awesome! So professional and maintained her composure even though there was a rather loud and pushy customer that wouldn't listen to her. Kudos to her!

They were busy due to the fact it was the Sunday before school was to begin. The lines moved fast and they were well staffed. Had to do some online returns and it was fast and easy. Happy

Store is normally organized and staff works as fast as they can. There are signs to help with socia distancing but people are not using them and staff isn’t enforcing.

I was actually blown away by the excellent customer service. I've never had treatment this good in a retail store! Just wanted to give a shout out to their employees!

I've been shopping online lately. It was bound to happen. I needed to return some items. They never send a receipt with ther shipped items. I walked in, told her my phone number, Money went back on my Old Navy. Done in 5 minutes.

Really enjoyed shopping at this store for school clothes. Employees were friendly and very kind and helpful. Store of excellence and would definitely recommend. Love this location!

I love old navy because of their cute but comfortable clothing. I picked up somethings for a vacation and I was pleased at the abundance of merchandise for me to choose from.
