Kohl's

Not a regular at this store but was specifically looking for dresses 👗 it’s difficult to find dresses for a variety of occasions, casual to dress wear to formal… but Kohl’s seems to carry it all 👍 I was pleasantly surprised ✅⭐ I’ve posted pics for this seasons choices but it is a large variety!! The pricing isn’t bad either and currently they are having some wonderful sales!! 💰 This is Saturday… noonish 🕛 and it’s not crowded was easy to get the assistance I needed.

Williams customer service skills are impeccable! He was very nice and helpful. The sale prices this week were on point. Thanks William😁

Kohl's is an awesome place to shop. You have to get the credit card so that you can get the 30% off coupons. On top of that you also get Kohl's cash. It is awesome. I often get more than 2x discount vs what I have bought.

Shuntay was the kindest/most helpful employee I've come into contact with in YEARS! Somebody give this lady a raise because she's going above and beyond with her customer service. I wish everyone had her attitude/mindset while working in this industry!

I only speak for myself, having worked in retail seasonly and had fake it till you make it or get fired managers. This Kohl's staff and management has done everything possible to provide a great flow of the store, checkout, and returns for the public. I appreciate this. The public will always be finicky and always think, in "their world terms" and not in actual real-time terms. Please keep up what you're doing!!

With big box chains all you can look for is how helpful the floor retailer and cashiers are and how clean and organized the store is. This place checks all 3 boxes for me!

The customer service there is top notch! Never been a kohl's shopper but I had an Amazon return which gave me a 20% off coupon that I had to use 😂! Got 3 birthday gifts on clearance and used the coupon so my receipt says I saved $52 which I never would've paid for those 3 items anyway 😂.... but the $20 I did spend was well worth it!

Mai and her associate were the best and went above and beyond to find my Kohls Cash and get it set up where it was going to my wallet from here on out. Many Many thanks for your hard and persistent work!
