People were very helpful! Didn't have what I went for (and which showed to be amply in stock when I looked online) but were helpful and offered a very acceptable alternative. Customer service makes all the difference!

Zachary Brooks is a great addition to this scenic hwy location. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I had stopped coming to this big lots for a little while, and happened to drop in recently. Glad I did. Definitely a better experience this go round. Keep up the great work Big Lots!

Always find different things here at good prices. They also do a military discount which is a plus

Store was well stocked, had exactly what I went looking for. The store was very clean, well organized and the employees were friendly and very helpful, although the air-conditioning was not performing well at all, it was quite warm inside, I would have shopped longer had it not been so warm in there, I actually felt bad for the employees having to work in such a warm store. Hope they get the air fixed soon.

They have stocked this store back up and I am so glad 😊. This store is big and I can always find something to buy here. Really good prices on seasonal items and don't sleep on some of the food deals (just be sure to check the dates). 👍🏽

Great deals, especially when you get coupons and sign up for emails. I spent $32 for the whole bedding for my granddaughter.

The store was very clean, well stocked and very organized. Such a nice thing to see when all business are short staffed. Employees were very nice & kind. U don't see much of that anymore. Made it very enjoyable to shop there. Other retailers take note. This is what people wanna see.

Used curbside pickup and the associate was so nice. She explained they were a little short handed and had a long line of customers, and that she may be a little while before she could bring my items to my car. I appreciated the explanation up front so I knew I wasn't forgotten. Good communication and friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

The store was very clean and well organized. They have such a large supply of Christmas 🎄 decorations! Everything is so well organized. Truly well stocked!!

I absolutely love this big lots. It's not quite as cheap as I would have liked but I got so many Christmas lights and an inflatable that is huge and much better priced than other stores I have visited. I was able to get all of my outdoor holiday decor there, which I was elated to do. all other stores around me are sold out of Christmas lights and outdoor decor. This place definitely made my day! Very nice staff as well!

I am loving my Broyhill sectional

This is the nicest Big Lots I have ever been in, and I frequent as many as possible to seek out the best deals. The store is exceptionally clean and is better designed than your average Big Lots store. Product selection is also much better, and the staff I encountered were extremely friendly. If you have ever had a bad experience with any Big Lots store, this location will change your mind about the company.

Got all sorts of deals! Store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff is patient and friendly!

Good store full shelves

I got items I went for.. a little dismayed on how couponing system works. I did jot know to present coupons I receive in email BEFORE the total. The cashier just asked me if I had the rewards program and I gave my phone number... when I asked about my discount he said he would have to cancel and ring everything up again 😒

This place looks vibrant and alive again. 2 years ago it was empty and dead, now the staff is great and plentiful. Clean and full shelves with lots of product offering. I will definitely come again see how they compare with pricing and update.

Big Lots is cool man. Listen, when you go on the website a lot of people don't know you can use 2 codes for purchases. Discount codes. When they send out the 20% off codes, usually DEAL20, I combine it with my military discount and save 30% total. I use it for laundry detergent. I stock up.
