The person working was very friendly and informative on the unit I requested. I received a great deal on it!

Always friendly when I’d stop by the office. Contacted me as soon as they saw that the unit was not locked correctly and tried phone and email to reach me. Kind and efficient makes this a great place to use.

My experience has been great! I still hold a storage there for my other vehicle I just no longer needed both spaces. Overall the staff is very nice and very professional!

From the very first visit, I was greeted with friendly and professional faces! When I moved out, the office was closed. Before I could call the next morning to let them know I had moved out, I received a call (with concern) because my storage door was open and empty, just to make sure that I had moved my things out, and it wasn't a security issue. I truly appreciated that!

I had a unit at the Douglasville, Ga. location for 3yrs. In that 3yrs I only had one bump in the road with a staff member, but it was quickly resolved through management. All in all a great place to store your belongings.

The lady was so amazing to me she is the best I swear I’m having such a hard time right now and she helped me in so many ways her whole being just gave me a little peice

Service was great! The facilities are a little dated. The office space doesn’t feel professional however the service makes up for it.
But remember you never have a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression!
