I cannot express enough how much I love shopping at Kroger on Hospital Drive in Douglasville, Georgia! From the moment I enter the store, I am greeted with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff. As a former employee of the Food and Drug Administration in Atlanta, Georgia, I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism displayed by the entire team, from the essential workers to the less prominent positions. They make every visit a delightful experience!

One of the things I learned during my time as a Food Inspector was that a strong odor emanating from the seafood department is a major concern. However, at Kroger, I am amazed that I never detect any scent of seafood, even when I stand right next to the seafood counter! This speaks volumes about the exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail maintained by the best seafood staff in the area.

Pharmacy is the best health care prescription that I have ever experienced. Always willing to help. They are my first source of information if I have a question my medication questions. From the staff to the technicians, such a fun place. They make you feel like you’re the most important person in the world and will do whatever they have to do to make sure you get your proper medication in the proper time.

The produce section at Kroger is consistently outstanding. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, vibrant, and of the highest quality. It's evident that the staff takes great care in selecting the best produce for their customers. The variety available is impressive, and I always find exactly what I need for my meals.

And let's not forget about the meat and poultry selection at Kroger! The pork, beef, chicken, and everything else are all top-notch. The freshness and tenderness are unparalleled, guaranteeing a delightful dining experience. The staff in this department is always willing to go the extra mile, answering my questions and even suggesting better deals than what I initially had in my cart. Their knowledge and friendly demeanor make every interaction a pleasure.

The bakery and hot food sections at Kroger deserve special mention. The delectable treats and freshly baked goods are simply irresistible. The staff here is exceptional, and I find myself wanting to tip them as much as possible to show my appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

This is my personal meal that I prepared. All the ingredients are from my local Kroger on Hospital Drive.

Love getting produce there always fresh but they ran out of strawberries the other day I make a fruit dessert with them I had to get frozen but when it's fresh it sells

Heidi in the floral department is off the chain. She takes care of me with roses and fresh flowers often. Very friendly and easy to talk to by the way. I only come when she's there, nobody makes the floral Arrangements as good as she does.

I have no complaints. My shopping experience is always enjoyable. I'm a loyal shopper. The staff even knows me well from going often through the years and call me their Kroger Family. Love this store.

I have never had a negative experience at this Kroger. They always have what I am looking for and the customer service is good. The staff is friendly and the store is generally in order and clean. They also have a lot of self-checkout, which is great because I don't have to wait in line to complete my purchase.

I always have a good experience at this Kroger, but today was especially special. I have really bad social anxiety so I usually use self check out. Today I had to get A LOT of WIC for my children. As you can imagine I always dread using WIC because it takes so long to ring up at the cash register.

I love this store because WIC is always clearly labeled and makes shopping easier.
When I got to the register I was greeted by Kenya and bagged by Donna and CJ. To say this was the most amazing shopping experience is an understatement.

Kenya was so quick cashing my vouchers. Especially the formula. She even let me run back when I forgot something on one of my vouchers. She also educated me on what I could and could not get. I don't usually like to conversate in line but they were so easy to talk to! They all made me feel so comfortable being there.

I will absolutely be back to shop at Kroger and I will look for Kenya, Donna, and CJ the next time I need to get WIC. Job well done! They deserve a raise!

Kroger had been in here since my arrival in 2002. They have supported our schools and teams in all endeavors. My son first job was at Kroger. No complaints at this time.

Nice, big and clean store.everything is nicely organize. The customer service is great. You basically have every body smiling with you. I love the machine they have in where you can do your car tag in no more than 5 minute. The location is definitely awesome, you can do a lot of stuff once you are done with the shopping: chinese food,Mc Donald and a much more restaurant around it.

I had to revisit and edit my review. This place did have an issue with cleanliness on some of the shelves but they appear to have corrected those problems since they reorganized the store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and now that the previous issues I encountered have been resolved I really enjoy shopping here.

This Kroger is 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and more! The store is ALWAYS very clean, well organized, great variety and selection of *Most Everything for Everyone* ... The Staff is Truly Wonderful ~ 24/7! 💗😆 WE THANK YOU ALL VÉRY MUCH--SEE YA' SOON! 😆💗

Really liked this Kroger. Looks a lil sketchy at night but looks can be decievien. Nice selection of what Kroger usually offers. Store does have security officers on duty gives a sense of safety. Also conveniently located to some good eateries as well.

Food was reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful. Plus you can earn Kroger points that you can use to get discounts on your gas at the Kroger gas station.

All staff have good customer service skills. The Pharmacy staff is very helpful and shows genuine concern for all customers 24/7 with a smile.

Only went in for some sodas but they were actually stock full of all flavors.

The pharmacy is helpful and informative. The store has been well organized. The staff is helpful, and even ordered me a product I wanted that they didn't have.

Kroger is always good and here they always open . The only thing is ya can't buy cigarettes after 11:00 pm.
But its really the best store around

Love my local Kroger. Consistently has a few Caribbean staples and very nice healthy eating selection. Usually an easy in-easy out experience.

Every time I visit this store the staff makes me feel like I'm home. Very clean store and it's my favorite one to visit.

Not too busy, great for a quick stop in for something for dinner. Seem to always have what I need in stock and the workers are helpful and friendly.
