We bought our Samsung stainless steel fridge from them 6 years ago it's still working we bought a nice whirlpool stainless steel stove from them about a year ago and it's still working perfect we are in the market for a new dryer and will definitely be going with them again.

Salesman was nice and helpful! Directed me to check out stock at their second location so I could have more options. I appreciated the fair pricing and he even delivered my appliance the same evening even though it was close to closing time. Which allowed me to get home and still make lasagna for dinner 😋 Much more reasonable than other local used appliance competitors. Will definitely do business with them again if need be. If you're on a budget, Rick will take care of you!

First let me say,Jamie Bentley is no longer working for ricks appliance. Her and her x husband David he was doing delivery, they are no longer here.we are so sorry for all the problems they caused from sales to delivery. Our new delivery person James is top of the line always on time ,if there's a problem he will call or Rick himself will.James is also curious ,respectful. Please continue to be our customer we strive for first rate customer service. Just want to say Jamie,David have started an appliance business, BEWARE....

Well im a single mom taking care of my special needs child and im also im disabled.so I cannot buy new appliances much less have them delivery. I found B & G used appliances.I am very grateful I did.I bought both washer and dryer and they deliverd and set up for less than $500!
I defiantly would recommend.

Mr. Rick wasn't there. But the older gentleman who was there, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this place as a repeatable and honest place to work on what you're needing fixed. 🎩's off to em. 👍👊

I love coming here great selection of Appliances and they have fantastic customer service and they always stand by their word. My washer and dryer was delivered to my house Rick installed them and i absolutely just love coming their for all my appliances.

I've never bought anything here but I know for a fact that starla Neal is their best employee she is so smart and can fix anything ,she has the best sales attitude as well, a real winner ,also very very pretty

A.roberts rick is not raciest ,I have known rick for 10 years or more and he has always been the same guy and I’m African American 👍🏿.now there’s a real problem when you go to a used appliance store and expect it to last 10 years people it just common sense.make sure you know what you are buying because all his stuff isn’t bad get kemore whirlpool it’s the best you can get and easily repaired if needed.rick if you’re reading this man please tell your staff to stop with bad customer service because I know this ain’t your style of business.

I got my washer here and it works very good and rick and his staff are very nice and friendly. And they offer a delivery on the stuff you buy if you dont have a truck

Friendly staff and good products. Had to wait a little while to get the brand of washer that I wanted but when I came home with it it works like a brand new one.

Donna was so nice and we were able to negotiate a great deal. They even came and picked up our old appliances.
