My customer service with Maria was awesome. she was very nice and kind and went out her way to make sure I knew my way around the building. she also showed me where everything was that I would be using to help make my move easier. I recommend compress storage to anyone who needs a storage their great folks.

We were helped by Alicia Keaton. She was wonderful and got us all set up with the unit. She was so friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Compass and Alicia in the future!

This 5 stars is for Tom 😊😎 This sweet / Strong man went above and beyond for me by taking time to help me get my deep freezer from the storage to the car . It was crucial I get that freezer to my facility, so I could get my product and reopen my business in March … After 2 people canceled on I was going to try and move it myself 😩.. Tom must’ve seen my face and felt the vibes, he asked what I was moving , and DIDN’T HESITATE TO OFFER A HAND 🙏🏾💪🏾💕 … Quick, Efficient, and Polite ☺

Alicia is the best! We were having trouble with our movers and proximity of the storage unit . But Alicia came to the rescue and we have our stuff safely in a unit and left happy campers.
