I am very pleased with Randall Dentistry. The office is always very clean. The hygienist that I see is Kaylyn, she is very gentle and thorough for my exam, Dr Randall is very friendly and easy going. I would definitely recommend Randall dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

My wife and I have been extremely happy with Randall Family Dentistry for years. He recommends what you need and not what you don't need, cleanings are covered by our insurance, the cost for other services are very reasonable. Excellent care, friendly and professional staff. Strongly recommended.

I am so happy to have found this dentist office! After a chaotic series of events at my previous dentist, I read some reviews of Dr. Randall and decided to give him a shot. The entire staff is like a breath of fresh air- everyone is friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The hygienists are both kind and careful when cleaning your teeth, and Dr. Randall takes time to go through any questions or concerns you might have. He seems both genuine AND knowledgeable, which is not always the case with dentists these days. My husband and I are both patients now, and the last year and a half has been a wonderful experience from cleanings to x rays and checkups. I am truly so glad to have found this team and I wholeheartedly recommend you visit them in their Prairieville office to maintain your healthy smile. Also to note, the office is easy to get to with great parking and the rooms and equipment are very clean and well maintained. 10/10!!

Hi. I’m an absolute baby when it comes to dental work. Like as in I’ve had a “temporary” crown for over 5 years. Yeah, I’m that guy. It was done at a dentist where I used to live, and well…life and time happened. A coworker referred me to Dr. Randall. From the first time I met Dr. Randall and his staff, I knew they were good people. They knew from the start that I was nervous (terrified) of dental work and dental pain. I’ve had some bad experiences over the years, which made me avoid going to the dentist unless it was absolutely necessary. They made me feel comfortable and they heard all of my concerns. It is probably the only time I’ve ever been relaxed in a dental chair. Dr. Randall is a funny guy, and he keeps it entertaining. He’s always making sure I’m good, and if I’m not, he will do what it takes to make me comfortable.

I’m not one to write public reviews but I hope this helps someone else who experiences dental fear like me. I was terrified to have a root canal but my experience with Dr. Randall was better than I could have hoped for. He had a great bedside manner, took his time to explain everything, and made the procedure 100% pain free. I’m so grateful to have found him!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, the setting is serene, and Dr. Randall has the best "chair side" manner. I've even moved my kids there! It doesn't get any better than Randall Family Dentistry!

I've been going to Dr. Randall for 20 years. He has always had a great staff but the one he has now is the best. He is the best dentist I've ever been to. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
